Wow Big Lots has been through a change. A good change! I have not shopped here in about a year and I was surprised! The store was sparkly clean and very organized. There is literally a little bit of everything. Perfect kind of store to be able to quickly run in and grab something or spend some time shopping around. I don’t really think the prices are cheaper than other places but this store is easier to get in and out of than a big chain store. I recommend this place and I would shop here again!

Ive never been a fan, but I keep going back. Turns out the store is better than I thought. They got a little bit of everything. So far I havent had a bad experience here and they try to keep the store clean. Now they turned me into a rewards member. Who knew!! Guess I keep enjoying the store more and more!!

Furniture employee who helped us was awful didnt help us and was rude nit professional the piece of furniture we were looking at their was only one on sales floor he said well everyone wants it and he thinks it hoingvto be discontinued cause its been there for as long as he has been working come to find out he has only been working their for a month. He was actually going through furniture list to see what was discontinued but said he couldnt tell us even when we offered to return the following day since its a process and didnt want to rush him. He said no.

We applied for their credit card to order some new furniture and it worked out great! The furniture looks beautiful and is decent quality. Just pay the credit card off within 90 days if at all possible or theyll raise the interest rate pretty significantly on you.

This store has so many surprises. Be sure and use rewards.

Some of the best service in town. Friendly faces, good prices, fantastic sales. Quality furniture, and worth what you pay for. I have gotten a lot of great Christmas presents for my kids and pets. Maurice is fantastic.

Love the selection & variety of different cultural foods available. Reasonable pricing. But do not buy their cheaper watches. I had to return one that didnt work, at register I asked to make sure my trade watch worked & it did not, so I just got a refund. But cashier friendly throughout the process

My husband I just left the San Angelo store, and we will not be going back. We were there for over an hour looking at patio furniture, and not ONE employee asked us if we needed assistance with anything. My husband took the flyer for the patio set we wanted up to the customer service register and asked a male employee if we could purchase it, as well as, an extra side table to go with this specific set (showing him the flyer). He made it clear to the employee that we intended on buying the ENTIRE patio set. That employee couldn’t give him an answer and didn’t even offer to come help us. We went back to the furniture alone to try to figure out it ourselves and settled on what we wanted to purchase. We then took the same flyer back up to the register to check out and there was a female employee there this time. She looked at our flyer and immediately said she couldn’t help us and radio’d for assistance. When no one answered, she said they probably wouldn’t be able to sell us any furniture since apparently she was the only one that had her walkie talkie on her. I had to go and find the male employee myself and ask him for help. He took the flyer from me and went to the back. When he came out a few minutes later, he said he couldn’t sell us the furniture since they didn’t have the sofa in stock (after already seeing what we wanted 45 minutes before this). My husband asked if we could just buy the one that was out and he said no and that he couldn’t tell us when they would get more in. Bottom line here is, when you see customers shopping for furniture, some of your highest priced items for sale in the entire store, you at least ask them if they need assistance. We wasted over an hour of our time in that store. Next time, we’ll skip big lots altogether and spend more money at Target or Walmart.

Great prices nice store over all I was happy with everything. The only thing that stood out to me was that I walked the store about two to three times. Not once did a employee acknowledged or greet me. Customer service is big in my book.

Ive been to this store several times it has decent products. My biggest issue with Big Lots is that they only have one cashier most of the time therefore for making your wait time extremely long for check out.

I shop here often because the service is great and they have a variety of products. They also have great decorations for the holidays without being overpriced. I can find name brand household goods at a discounted rate.

Sold out of alot of inventory

I used to love big lots for its deals. Seems like sometimes there is good pricing, sometimes theres not. Shelves are nice and organized. Wish there was more of a craft section.

Never thought this would be where I go for them, but the only dog treats my picky chihuahua has ever been excited about are always on display here for so cheap it feels like Im cheating them by purchasing. Really wonderful selection of dog supplies and household goods, and never lacks surprises in their drink section. Youll always have an interesting time.

Is a good little big store a bit of everything from food to furniture . Every often over looked by other stores . They also have good sales deals around the holidays. Its worth going and having a look around the store .

Go in every season, they usually carry different things. And after each season, the clearance sales are terrific.Wireless speakers are a great gift and not pricey.

Evidently they stopped selling Hot Wheels...no reason to go back.

Nice selection great prices for those on a budget

I like big lots. Its a place I can run in find some good, cheap eats and drinks and be out of the store in no time at all. Staff always friendly. Electronics and furniture are cheap, and are built/put together cheap. Which as fine as long as you expect what you are going to get. Dont get a steak at a hamburger price and expect a filet mignon.

I love just wandering around Big Lots...theres always something new, and their seasonal stuff is so cute. Lots to look at, clean store, friendly customer service...it is one of my favorite places to shop in San Angelo.

Lots to choose from.my only thing is,you have to walk whole store.thats fine for some,but i have problems walking alot.they have wheel chairs,but noone to push me.

We used to have one of these in Midland Texas I miss it very much but this one in San Angelo is a lot bigger one of the cleanest most organized ones Ive ever been in and I had a good time looking through all the neat things they have.

They had just what I was looking for after I checked other stores. Will go there first next time. Good Christmas selection.

We were in our local Big Lots in San Angelo store#4630 and was treated very rude by a shift manager named Sarah. When we asked for the number to corporate she refused and also refused to give us the name to her store manager. She was very unprofessional and spoke to us in a condescending tone. I will not shop there during her shift.
