They were great, helped me out quickly and professionally, will be using anytime I need help with glass repair!

It took quite a while to get things rolling because of the magnitude of hail damage in our city and because of supply shortages, but once the crew arrived at our house, they worked steadily and professionally and remained in constant communication with us. They answered every question or concern my wife and I presented with detail, patience and professionalism.Their work was very good and if we found something that wasnt quite right, the crew very quickly corrected it with a fantastic spirit of quality service.We will need windows and garage door openers sometime in the future and Advanced Custom Windows will receive a call from us when we are ready.

Wonderful company! Came to give us a quote for a total window replacement and saved us money by suggesting ways we could cut costs. Had all our windows replaced in 1 day, and they came back on a separate day to install our front door (it wasn’t in yet.)I’d definitely use again... but these windows better last a while haha!

Pricing was reasonable. Excellent installation. I plan to talk to Advanced Custom Windows first with future projects.

They did an amazing job on our closed in back porch. Very professional and fixed everything that we pointed out that needed to be fixed. I haven’t gotten my windows or siding done yet but they have been so patient with working on moving my dates back and helping me wait till I get my home loan. They are constantly calling and checking to make sure their business is the right business for me and just sweet people. They were fast and did a good job. We were told the windows would cut out the outside noise, but it didnt change anything. Its just as loud as before.

Wow! Advanced Custom Windows is awesome. I had 18 new windows installed in one day. My home is a 1920s fixer upper and the windows fit perfectly!

Called to schedule an appointment for window replacement shortly after their posted opening hours.No one answered the phone and I had to leave a message. One day later and still no return call.Ill take my business elsewhere.

We visited the Store, Decided, which window, was told when they would be out to Measure for, he came when he said, gave us a great guess ament. And left.All that was done was excellent.Looking forward to our new windows

Great customer service! Professional staff at the business location and on the jobsite. Workers were courteous, took great care in handling household and outdoor items which required moving, and cleaned the workspace and surrounding area before leaving.

We had them install some new windows and gutters on an old home. They did a great job on the install and the house looks great!

They did a good job on my outside screen installation and the technician was friendly. It took about two weeks for them to build the screen for installation. The only issue was that I came home to the wrong screen color. Still looks good, but for the money I paid I was hoping to get the right color. I would still recommend them based on the quality, just make sure you are home when they come to install.Update: the company did call back to fix the problem. This goes to show they care about their work, solid place!

I had an appointment at 9:30 this morning to get an estimate. It is now 10:00, and I have not seen nor heard from anyone. Clearly, they didnt want me business.

I have made multiple attempts to order soffit from here but couldn’t seem to get anyone to call me back. When someone did he informed me the material had not even been ordered and he lost the measurements needed to be ordered and that the material would be double what it has been the last few years. I drove to the store from out of town in hopes to speak with the owner but he was to busy so I hand wrote a note for the owner to please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue but he never did. After years of ordering materials from here due to the lack of customer service I will not be ordering anything from here again.
