They brought in my lawn mower for repair but when they delivered it, it had a flat tire that was perfectly fine before that. They said they would bring it back in to fix the tire, but they would charge me $150. I never imagined a company would want to charge $150 for their error! Nobody in management would ever return my call. So let this serve as a fair warning, if there is any issue with their workmanship, then you are on your own.

Helpful for the most part

Very negative, non helpful and very rude. Every since south plains has taken over the place has gone down hill. Hard to get them to do service calls and when you do you really have to check their work
