Let me start by saying that I dont go grocery shopping very often, but when I do, I order online and pick up my groceries from H-E-B curbside pickup. As you can imagine, I typically order quite a bit. The eggs are always bagged appropriately and offered to sit in the front seat with me, the heavier items are always double bagged, and they always do an excellent job at making sure that everything fits safely in the back of my car. And last, but certainly not least, theyre always incredibly kind like Im their favorite person to see today. That goes a long way. Thank you H-E-B for always coming through.

I was apprehensive initially if my grocery order would be accurate and good quality. Ive never been disappointed. This is a great service.

Even though I had a small order, the associate brought out my items like it was a big order; with care and asking where I wanted him to put it. I could see the genuine smile in his eyes since, of course, he had on a mask. I will definitely use curbside shopping often!

Was very good the staff at ours in san angelo tx is always very kind I have never had a bad experience the pharmacy is also excellent and the pharmacist knows us by name.

We had our groceries delivered to our home with HEB twice and its super convenient. Shopping online also helps our family keep our grocery budget for the week. The drivers are friendly and careful when setting down the groceries. And it only costs 4.95$ for the delivery fee even if you order it for same day delivery. They only didnt have 2 things at our local HEB that I wanted and they let me know right away what substitutions could be made. You also receive texts with alerts on when the driver is on its way and when theyre preparing your order.

Delivery directions and schedule VERY misleading. You are out of luck if they are full. You have to download Favor app and get them to deliver yourself even though they use Favor to deliver. Have held out ordering online because I wanted so much to put my money in San Angelo and Texas. Todays experience has changed my mind. Used their curbside for the first time this week (almost every day)and was so pleased until now.

Curbside is the business!!! I will order my groceries to pick up every time I can. This service is amazing, and I dont know how I lived this long without it. Easy to find items on-line, shopping cart and checkout was easy to understand. Totally worth the extra $.

Curbside is the best thing ever. The employees are always polite and fast. I have probably ordered 30+ times and only had one issue when i got expired muffins. I called and my money was immediately refunded. I am never missing anything from my order. This is the place for grocery pick up!

Fabulous grocery store! Great selection of routine items and many tasty store made meals and entrees. Their staff is consistently the most helpful and cheerful people I have encountered in a retail establishment.

Generally good service. Occasionally run into employee who has not so nice way of answering questions.

Ordered online for pick up during this terrible pandemic. All the meat was bad and had to be thrown away, as well as the produce. There were missing items and substituted items that were completely wrong. It was ridiculous.

This was amazing not having to carry in my 3 month old to go shopping with me. Life saver!

Omg, I rarely go into HEB anymore because curbside is so easy and great. Im always busy. even if youre super busy they will deliver and unload your groceries to your home. I absolutely LOVE this. I only go in for small trips but will always do my heavy grocery shopping through here. The employees are absolutely great too!

Curbside pick up is the greatest. Have done this 6 times and everything is right and ready. Saves so much time. Thats my HEB!
