Please do NOT use Hill Pools. The customer service is atrocious, the management is a chore to deal with, and they are price gouging in town. In a sweet little place like San Angelo they should be providing better service to the citizens. Instead they take advantage of the fact there is little competition and treat customers like the scum they can’t even clean off a pool.

Great hot tub, but disappointing customer service. Once we got the hot tub wired (a Saturday), it didn’t function properly. We called for advice and were told that the service tech would call us Monday because no one was available (on a weekend, when people are dealing with these things?!?). No one called Monday, so we called back. We were told “the guys” were on a job and would either call when they got back or the next day. 2 weeks later, no one has called. We were ALSO told that there was only one service tech and he hand picked jobs based on what he could take care of fast (suggesting San Angelo customers got taken care of and maybe they’d get to us??). After that conversation, we hired someone and spent $400 more dollars to get it serviced. We aren’t demanding people, but we know what customer service should be. There is a pool in the near future for us, but we’ll be going with someone else for that.

Terrible customer service. Been with them about 3 years and every time I try to schedule with them they tell me we can get you in this week. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for them to schedule me. I would understand if I happened once or twice but it’s literally every time I need something. Needed a pool cover they told me which one I needed so I ordered it and it turned out to be wrong. The supplier wouldn’t take my wrong pool cover because it was opened. So now I’m sitting on a 500 cover that I can’t get rid of.

These guys did an AWESOME job putting in our pool heater. Cant wait to use it.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful with information, but she doesnt control the actual work. l Have a problem with my pool, which was put in by Hills, Their crew did not come out and were not interested in helping me and never returned a call. Poor service, not professional. I feel totally ignore!

Long story short these folks are great and aren’t going to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. We’ve tried Leslie’s and that was a mistake. Hills pool and Spa has our business.

Called these people out one guy came out check for pool leak was supposed to return for another issue and never showed up. Of course the bill shows up, call to get a repair and was rudely told NO maybe next week.

We have had good experiences with them regarding several issues with the pool and certainly think they do a good job. We did have a miscommunication regarding a service call and they werent too eager to take any blame regarding the issue. It was a little disappointing based on how high we regarded them.I certainly still recommend them but will probably be using a different pool service company for a while and see how it goes.

I only buy from Hills pool and Spa they have the best chemicals for my inground pool and great customer service 💙
