Friendly truthful and helpful staff

Our home was paid in cash, a home that is over $100K. The house was delivered back in October 28, 2017. Yes, that was almost a year ago and guess what, the house is not 100% done. We had the Texas Housing Department involved and made a claim to BBB but still waiting when can someone come and complete this house. They keep saying that we will have someone. Last time they said in 3 weeks they will send someone and that was 2 months ago? We even have the corporate office involved but still nothing. My suggestion is that if you guys are short in manpower, do not sell the homes yet! Complete the houses that are pending. I have talked to someone who also bought a home from you who is still waiting after a year. Please, try to think, if this is your home, what are you gonna do? We are all customers by the end of the day and why are we treated this way? We have always been patient, so patient by I dont why this house has not been finished 100%. I know you guys are probably tired of hearing our complaints but you also have to think that we are the customer and we feel worse than what you do.

I ended up fixing a few minor issues myself due to contractors lack of efforts and efficiency. The home itself is great and Heath made the process of buying and delivering the home a smooth transition. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and I recommend working with Heath.

They are pretty house but the one in san angela texas they will not come back to fix the things they promised to fix would not get another one .We moved from a 30 year mobile home and we will be lucky if the one we got will last till we pay it off

The overall boss Kevin is wonderful to work with my husband and I are happy with the way things are going, however his employees are rude and disrespectful and I would suggest only working with the boss .

The mobilehomes cost as much as a house that has land!
