Several weeks ago, I was in Miles for my wifes family reunion. I wear a CPAP and had packed it up prior to leaving East Texas. Upon arriving, I realized I left my hose at home!It was close to closing time and I called Texas Oxycare...they had one in stock and waited on me while I drove from Miles to their store.I was able to get a good nights rest thanks to the service they provided. The ladies that were in the store (after hours) were very nice and attentive to my needs.
We are from out of town and had an emergency need for Cpap supplies. We stopped at Texas Oxycare in San Angelo Texas. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were assisted by Tina Sosa who was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about everything we needed. We were in and out of the store in 15 minutes! I definitely recommend this business!
I wouldn’t recommend them after having my wife call me upset about how they mistreated her; and they didn’t handle her insurance properly. Nor did Alexis handle it in a timely manner 🤨 but another lady did.
After being treated like dirt from other cpap equipment providers here in town, and may I add, they made me cry. I was a first time cpap patient. Scared to death. Unfamiliar with process, equipment and etc. My insurance covered the other companies. I chose to come pay out of pocket but look for good service. Here, at Texas Oxycare, I was treated with care, respect, patience from day 1. I’ve been using this company for several years, never have I been treated bad or received faulty equipment. The female blonde ( first woman on right office as you walk in) is a very professional sweet lady that helps me, she always goes far and beyond her call of duty. She’s experienced. Calm. Honest and patient. I’m a customer for life! God bless this company in the next years to come!!!
Fast service but lies to get your business. I suggest using another company
Make sure your medical needs are WAY before the end of the year. They will wait until after the new year to get you going so that you then have to meet a whole new deductible. After 2 weeks, I had to call and find out what the issue was with the equipment that my dr had ordered before the end of the year. Unbelievable! And not to mention how rude the billing/insurance woman is. She doesn’t care about your concerns or needs. Absolutely unprofessional.
I learned I needed a cpap on Friday and had an appointment on Monday to receive the unit and instructions on how to use. Tina is very knowledgeable and helpful with choices.Thank You
This company is unreliable and unprofessional. After being near death for 5 months in a hospital, my mother returned home with home health care and required a hospital bed. From the day the bed was delivered, it has been nonfunctional. It was stuck in the lowest position and would not raise. After 2 weeks, the company finally fixed it, only for it to break days later and be stuck in the highest position. The company refused to fix it, claiming it is an obsolete bed and the parts are no longer made for it. No other bed was sent to replace it, and the company refused to send anyone out to lower it with the hand crank we saw used the first time it broke. My mother is unable to even get out of the bed to use the restroom bc the bed is so high. When I called to speak to the manager, I spoke with the owners wife who refused to allow me to speak for near 7 minutes while she loudly told me who all is to blame, from the insurance to the hospital to the distributors. When I tried to explain the issue and finally demanded that someone fix the bed within 24 hours, she told me she was just picking up the bed, my mother could just use her own bed, and then hung up on me. This company is unprofessional, overly emotional, incapable of handing patient issues, has no compassion for patients in critical care, and has severely faulty equipment. I suggest finding a more reliable medical equipment service. I certainly would never trust them with oxygen needs.
This place went above and beyond for my family. Wasn’t even their account but they took over and got what we needed and they will have business for life form us! Thank you!
These people are unethical and unprofessional. They take advantage of those who are sick, making them sign to pay out-of-pocket for services and equipment their insurance will or has paid for. When my insurance company billing representative and I engaged in a 3-way phone conference, the office manager said, I have better things to do than bicker with you! Then, she hung up on us. As a patient I was treated as if I had some sort of dementia and was treated both rudely and with disrespect. I have reported them to the BBB. Never deal with these people
Rude people, always threatening to take oxygen away, knowing he would die without it. He was placed on hospice and the hospice company we went through said they would subcontract so we wouldnt have to be bothered with transferring dme, hospice called the next day saying Texas oxycare had called them and rudely told them they were picking up their equipment right then and there. So hospice had to rush over and exchange equipment before they left us without oxygen. There is so much more I could say, but this was our last dealings with them. Do not do business with these people, they are cold hearted.
I had a great experience with this place when I broke my ankle recently. Employees were friendly and helpful.
