FEDEX lost a shipment originating from Pennsylvania. Sadly their automated answering systems have created barriers to solving the problem.They have fixed it where its impossible to get a human voice on the line to resolve the problem. Their customer service when something goes wrong is extremely deplorable. My shipment has been stuck in North Little Rock for 4 days and is not progressing towards the destination in Texas. There is no one I can talk to identify the problem, much less solve the problem.

I received a phone call from FedEx searching for my address. I gave it to them. At no point was FedEx in my vicinity. I was watching. So now, one of my wifes gifts is being shipped back to California, and I have to wait days for a refund due to LACK OF EFFORT. This is the second time Ive had issues with them. The first, they took my package to a house down the street a ways and told us we needed to find it. Dont use these folks ever

Was expecting tracking number 787813159339 to arrive last week. I call to ask where I could find my package. I was advised that it was delivered the day before. - Not to my address, it wasnt. -- Of course, it is now Saturday and the stores are closed.The Fed Ex representative stated that there would be an investigation and that I would receive a call back on Monday or Tuesday. She stated that they would need to speak with the delivery driver as part of the investigation.So, I called Monday and ordered more parts for my carpet cleaning equipment. My equipment is broken and left me unable to clean carpet with it until Fed Ex delivered my package.Here we are on Thursday afternoon and my 2nd package arrives. I go to answer the door and the driver is already walking away. I speak to him. He does not acknowledge. I yell for him. Nothing. I SCREAM for him. Nothing. Finally he notices me out of the corner of his eye. He hurries to take the earphones out of his ears and speak to me.I ask about the lost package. I ask about the investigation. Driver states that if a package is on his truck - then it is delivered. Period. He then added that he has not heard anything about an investigation. No one has spoken to him about it.Now, I am upset. I call back to Fed Ex and explain all of this and ask why I never heard back on Monday or Tuesday. I am advised that FedEx does not make outbound calls. They are an inbound call center. The representative apologized and said that I was LIED to last week. She stated that I was lied to about the call back because the girl on the phone wanted to keep her recorded times down. Apparently, they are expected to resolve the issue quickly in order to take the next call.I was LIED to about the investigation into my delivered package. I was LIED to about receiving a call back. I was LIED to about my package being delivered to the correct address. AND the delivery driver was getting into his delivery truck with earphones playing so loud that he could not hear me repeatedly yelling for him to get his attention.I also explained to the representative that I spoke with last week and the one that I spoke with today that this is a known problem in our neighborhood. I explained how we all use an app locally to exchange FedEx mail with each other because it is very often delivered to the wrong location.We have to use an app .... USE AN APP ... to locate our packages after they have been delivered via FedEx.Let that sink in for a minute. We do not have this issue with UPS.I will do without a product or a part before I allow FedEx to make another dollar from me. RIDICULOUS!

I had great service from FedEx for years in Idaho, butI guess in San Angelo TX, today just didnt seem like they really wanted to deliver my package, and for that I wasted my time to wait for the package when I could be doing errands for my work. For the driver to say that he/she attempted to knock or ring the door bell twice. Well I was in the living room and didnt hear a thing. Im hoping that this mistake doesnt happen again in the future, because I really love the service that FedEx has, crossing my finger that this branch in San Angelo doesnt mess that up.

Worst service in San Angelo.I’m not sure how, but somewhere between the shipper and my house, FedEx somehow managed to shatter HALF AN INCH OF TEMPERED GLASS (same stuff that they make car windows out of) that was in a protective shipping box. Honestly it’s impressive.On top of that, they told me it would be impossible for me to pick up a shipment that morning at their shipping center when I had time, and didn’t get the shipment to my house until almost 7 pm that evening, and I had paid serious extra money for next day shipping.Given the choice, I will never ship through FedEx again.Redeeming quality is that the gentleman working in the print and ship center on Sherwood was very nice and helpful despite me being irate and furious.*Update*After almost a week of trying to get my package, it is obvious that FedEx has without a doubt the worst service in the city of San Angelo and possibly the state of Texas. They broke my item, lied to me twice over the phone about supposed flooding on the day of delivery (I work in transportation, none of the roads between my house and their shipping center were closed), and then tell me that my package will arrive at the end of the day.Worst experience I’ve ever had shipping an item, and I hope that no one else ships with them in San Angelo.
