Fun spot to grab coffee in San Anselmo. The menu is comically large but I think thats part of the fun. They have excellent lattes and also have oat milk as an option if youre into that type of thing. They do have some food (light bakery items, a quiche, etc) if youre hungry too but we didnt order any food. Recommended!

Excellent coffees, friendly staff... The only bummer is the credit card machine wont give you an option to leave a tip for the wonderful staff.

Great coffee, and with lots of treats and snack bars to choose from. I had cranberry coconut block, it tastes so good. I wish they would open until 8pm.

I was extremely disappointed when I drove all the way here because Google said they were open until 6 only to find out they had decided to close 30 minutes early. The guy inside just waved us away very rudely. Not impressed.

Definitely the worst mocca and latte that weve had in Marin, CO. Latte bitter and Mocca bitter with no flavor.Never going back.

On a Sunday morning, I stopped by to grab a cup of cappuccino paired with pastry. The interior seemed inviting having both indoor and outdoor seating, strange drawings on the walls and nice decor.The variety of pastry is pretty good, and you can order anything from coffee to smoothies as a drink. My usual choice is cappuccino, and this time I ordered the same. The drink came with over an inch of foam on top of what tasted like over-roasted coffee, probably not as bad as Starbucks, but really not that great. Their pecan pastry was, on the other hand, quite large and delicious.I enjoyed the atmosphere with people reading a book or a newspaper, studying or just looking out onto the street. Peaceful...I came back later that day and got a smoothie. That was a bit of a disappointment as well. While the flavor was pretty good (Tropical smoothie), the consistency seemed a bit too thick (trying to sip it through the straw was close to moderate breathing exercise!). I did appreciate the paper green straws - great attempt to sustainability and environment protection!Overall, I would rate it a bit better than a chain store, but some improvement has to be made on how they make their coffees/other drinks.

Since I have lived in San Anselmo, my favorite coffee shop for years was the original Coffee Roastery. I was quite upset when it closed. Now I go to the current Coffee Roastery because I like the decor, outside seating, and I believe its owned by the previous owners of the Coffee Roastery that closed. The coffee and food are great. Since the location is not in the middle of the town, its more calm and quiet. Its a nice place for families, or someone that just wants to sit and have a good latte.

I come here almost every Sunday and in the last few months, they close the doors at 4PM or 4:30PM - even if the place is filled with people. According to their posted hours, theyre open until 6PM, so not sure if its the workers making that decision or if the owners changed the hours. Feels like theyre kicking people out early because they want to leave. Not a friendly vibe.The coffee and the snacks/pastries are good.

The vibe was good, the service wasnt lacking...... But the coffee was awful. Hence the two stars, as that was the whole point of the visit.I really wanted that coffee. The baby was fussy, the toddler going non stop; I wanted to stick my coffee in between putting out fires and enjoy it.I could not. Out of something akin to desperation, I drank as much as I could, but I absolutely hated every sip, and I couldnt finish it.McDonalds next time???

They make a great kids coco with whip, mini marshmallows, and syrup drizzle! The Egg and Sausage sandwich is also a favorite in our family. Great location and coffee. Nice to sit inside with big door open or on outside patio. Good tunes and wifi. Kids love watching the beans roast right there on site. Thank you!

Nice place and clean, food and pastries are good and coffee is great. Nice area outside to sit at tables, or benches on the sidewalk in the sun. Staff are nice and the owner is a really good guy, they also have a public bulletin board that is heavily used.

We were treated so poorly here. Not even greeted with a simple hello or smile. I ordered a vanilla latte with whipped and caramel on top and saw the employee pump vanilla syrup on top of the whipped cream when he realized he got forgot to add vanilla in the beginning. I politely asked him to remake it, when a Hispanic lady who was running the register came over and started to argue with me in front of everyone and claimed that he added syrup in the bottom first. Funny how she claims this, yet she was no where near him when he was making the drink. She was ringing other customers up. It was clear to me that she was lying to make it look like he did nothing wrong. I told her I just saw him pour syrup on top of the whipped cream and she said what difference does it make if its on the top or the bottom? Hmmm...well it actually makes all the difference, but only a SKILLED barista would know this. As he was remaking the drink, she became even more angry because I said it does make a difference. She then said to me in a very nasty and loud tone hes remaking it! Do you want it or not!? At that point, I said no and asked for a refund. She opened the register drawer aggressively and shoved the money in my hand. At no point did they ever apologize for making the mistake to begin with. This is the kind of treatment you will receive for voicing any kind of unsatisfaction with their service, even if its their fault. Do not support this business. There are way better coffee shops in the area.

Thanksgiving day - thanks to owners and everyone working there. Great coffee and snack helped sustained a bike ride on a cold day.
