Its been a battle every month to get my medication. Either they dont have it in stock, or theyre waiting for it to process. This time, it says on the website that they decided to refill my medication a month from now based on my plan guidelines. This seems like theyre infested with ableist ideas and they dont care about the people taking meds. Ill be taking any business elsewhere. Disgusting
Bad experience.Went to pick up my prescription today, Computer down wont be up for 3 hours or so.Asked about a passport photo, told to wait in line. Waited, told to go sit on the stool. Clerk then proceeded wait on people and called for another clerk . Fine, I thought, she can help me now. The other clerk came and waited on several people. first clerk is still waiting on people too - people who were not even in line while I was. The second clerk left and I am still sitting on the stool. First clerk is still waiting on people. That is not fair. When I complained - she didnt listen. I received no apology or thanks for waiting. She just said that if I called to her again she wouldnt wait on me.There must be better ways to deal with this.
Never had to wait more than a few minutes and the pharmacists are friendly and helpful.
NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
Almost everyone working at the pharmacy is super rude. Need to switch pharmacies but I know it will be a hard process because of how wilfully ignorant and rude the pharmacy staff are.
Good convenient location. However the management needs to change. The staff are all super nice though. Pharmacy tends to be understaffed and way behind. Enjoy waiting in line.Update. Things have improved by leaps and bounds since my last review. The pharmacy line moves much quicker and the store has been remodeled. Even though I don’t know where everything is now, it is clear that major improvements have been made. They have gone from 2 stars to 4 stars.
Computer down at pharmacy. Couldn’t get Rx after they told me it was ready. Leaving town for a week early am. Cool.
I had excellent service. Mark was very professional and courteous. I love CVS and their great selection. Plus, I always use my extra bucks. Now please build one in Galena Missouri.
Every time I go there I regret it. Chaos on the shelves -- marking on items does not match those on the shelf. Prices random. Staff ignorant.
I love the lady pharmacist as she knows me by name. However, it seems only when she is working that I dont have issues. The horrible service isnt their fault in my opinion but still deserve low score for the service as a whole. They try.ALSO, enjoy the ridiculous lines. Your best bet is to hit them up right when they open if at all possible otherwise youll be waiting forever.Regardless, this CVS sucks, at their best youll still be waiting 2 hrs to get your stuff. Occasionally 30 minutes but its rare.Bon Air CVS is far more professional but its my back up place when I have an issue. They are far more helpful, just not convenient. Especially when they only have what you need in Stock half the time.
Literally the rudest pharmacist I have ever met. When I questioned her mistake, she told my husband “you know you don’t HAVE to get your prescriptions filled here.” Never going here again unless I absolutely can’t avoid it. And then I will be as rude to them as they are to every customer.
Better than adequate service.
If this CVS store has a manager it does not show. The credit and debit card reader on the main cash register has not been working for weeks. Each clerk asks customers to go through this dance of trying cards debit no this credit card that credit card. Ridiculous. After trying to buy 3 items tonight and after having gone through this routine about 7 times in the last few weeks I just left and went to Wallgreens down the street. Got want I wanted. After years of going to this store when it was longs and after about three years of going here as CVS I have had it. The manager is asleep.
Terrible, and if you use your phone number expect a load of texts which can only be turned off if you call them and go through phone tree hell. The smell of the carpets is enough to make you sick, and the layout is designed to confuse you and force you to walk through everything. They are going under, run the same as Sears or some of the other crappy and archaic mega stores. Good riddance!
The pharmacy department is AWFUL. I called in a prescription that I needed Monday on Friday. I called in Sunday to check on it and they still didnt have it. I called Monday and they had to switch the medication to a generic form, which was fine, but then they still didnt have it 5 hours later. Ive heard that they are notoriously slow, and now that Ive experienced it first person I will never go back. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would.
Okay so the CVS its self is nice, clean, well stocked, and friendly. I like it there. Theres a lot of things I can get there that I cant find at, say, Safeway or Walgreens or anywhere nearby.That being said! Their pharmacy is, well its alright, its just that they have more work than they can keep on top of. So expect delays, expect waits, expect lines.

Disgraceful customer service and especially in the pharmacy. Being 4 days behind in prescriptions refills is unconscionable! I have moved my business elsewhere.
