I was researching possible materials for small filters for the speak thru openings at customer service windows. The staff was very helpful and creative. I was able to use some of their dust filters combined with other materials that can be replaced daily to fit our specific needs to reduce the potential for the transmission of COVID-19. Everyone I spoke with at Tex-Filters was insightful and made the experience very positive! Two thumbs up for the staff!!

They mislead us regarding the size of the filter. Also, after having to buy another filter somewhere else; we realized it was for the better. Pure Airs prices were way better!We told the Rep we needed an Aprilaire 213. We learned that the 210 would suffice and went back to buy it. It wasnt a 210. We called back and the rep proceeded to tell us that they told us it was a 201.However, it wasnt even that. It was a 401!We paid 77 dollars plus tax for their filter. At Pure Air it was 43 plus tax (for an Aprilaire 210)They told us that werent allowed to do a refund because of Aprilaires standards during the Covid. After speaking to an Aprilaire rep,I know this to be untrue.This trip was a complete waste of time, money and effort.*Also side note, the 213 is much better (As an allergy sufferer)
