Dorothy is great, she helped me pick out my furniture and was patient with all my needs. The staff here is very helpful at this location. Store has a nice selection of furniture and only place Ive been to that offers bright colors! Love the royal blue couch I purchased. In general communication between stores needs improvement when ordering furniture from another location.

Great prices on good furniture! Helpful and knowledgeable staff as well.So why the low rating? The delivery fees were well above what other stores are asking. A deal killer for me. Why is that? I like to tip the delivery people well because you know like hell they arent fitting any of what is charged. By th time I tipped the delivery people, cost for delivery would have been almost half of my purchase price. Again a deal killer.

This used to be a pretty decent little place when it was a Sears outlet. Now you going there in a selection is limited and its sort of expensive. You do much better buying a used appliance off of Facebook marketplace.

We were looking for an electric washer/dryer. All they had for the brand we were interested in was the dryer. Ruben took care of us while we sat back and relaxed. You know it’s genuine customer service, when the associates take their time to get to know you as a person and not rush you out of there. From walking in to delivery, it took 6 days to receive. We had a very bad experience with the manager Jeremy Mendoza, we had an issue with a washer we bought today. The issue was not with the appliance, but when it came down to delivery or pick up, it became an issue because we waited for over two hours. Jeremy was so rude and unprofessional, asked us to wait outside cuz he was on his lunch break. we asked to speak to someone else, but he insisted it would only be him. I asked for his supervisor’s information or an 800 number, but refused. He also refused to give us his name, we finally called another store and the manager Sergio helped us with the information we needed. He made calls and resolved our questions, he didn’t mind in helping us to receive our merchandise with professional responses.

Dorothy was wonderful!! Walked in looking for a refrigerator and walked out a couch, reclining chair, washer, dryer, dining room table and a refrigerator. She took time to answer questions and was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

AMAZING customer service & guided help (even over the phone)! We called several locations & this location had (by far) the most outstanding customer service.>> Sergio was so nice and helpful. He went around and explained all the washers in stock - and helped us decide which washer was best for us. He made sure to set us up with next day delivery and was extremely patient and kind in staying on the phone with us as we checked out and chose special financing with a Sears MasterCard. Genuine, patient, kind and understanding customer service isn’t always the easiest to find, and we were so happy that Sergio guided us through the process!
