They had the heart shape baking mold I was looking for and the staff was great.

I am tired of coming all the way over here and they are never open. Please update your store hours to the proper times. Online and on your voicemail please, it really sucks driving 30 minutes to a store and it’s closed.

They have a good variety of supplies at a decent price. Ive been 3 times and not once was I greeted nor asked if I needed help with anything. The female that works the counter seems annoyed by other customers that do ask for help. Ill go if in a pinch but Ill be looking for another supply shop to buy fromUpdate: I went in right after they opened and had a completely different experience. First time shopping here, and purchased 2 buckets of EXPIRED butter cream icing (expired by 1 month) :(It was on the clearance shelf, and you could blame me for not checking the expiration date before purchasing, but you could also blame a place of business for not being responsible enough to keep up with their products and discard expired food items. I trust establishments who sell food items, to not sell expired items, so I didnt bother to even read the date printed. Also there are multiple signs that read NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. The cashier was very friendly, but the fact that I have spent my money on something that I cant utilize, is a bad first impression.

They have some cool gadgets and lots of cookie cutters and cup cake toppers, but didnt have what I needed. Overall its a cool cake supply store.

Beyond impressed with how amazing customer service was. Im not a professional baker, but they have a good variety of products. Worth checking out. I will most definitely be returning.

I love going to AGS cake supplies for all my cake supplies I need for my cake orders. They are reasonably priced. I find everything I need in one trip. I dont have to make multiple trips to multiple stores. The products they have there are great quality.

Pros: Selection here is pretty good. Has a decent range of products.Cons: customer service. Visited twice, both times service was lacking. My most recent visit I caught eye contact with a woman behind the counter as I was waiting to ask for help.... she didnt stop her conversation with her coworker to acknowledge me. I had to wait until a third worker finished at the register just so I could ask for help.

We are so lucky to have this store in San Antonio. They carry most everything I need for cake and cookie decorating. The Cookie cutter selection is fantastic!

First time there and won’t be last, they do have all the baking supplies in your mind, they offer classes to learn cookie design and might be cake decoration too. Awesome staff the lady helped me choose and figure out what I needed for my baking project.

Wow, this is so annoying.I signed up for their cake decorating class listed online at $40 (+supplies)Obviously when you think of an off handed + supplies you think bags and icing tips maybe but after calling them 3 times to confirm the class NO ONE told me that you cant take the class without either bringing12 entire cupcakes and 2 whole 8in cakesYour own frosting and a series of expensive cake decorating itemsIf you dont just have all these things you have to pay an extra $80 dollars there.So the cost of the class is $130 dollars and they purposefully mislead you on their website and never tell you on your phone calls before hand.Dont trust places like this, places that try to swindle money from you are never worth it.
