After reading all the negative reviews I was dreading my visit...not so ... I was early(not an issue) pulled right in got a door and was unloaded within 30 minutes. Paperwork in my hands in 45... out the door in less than an hour

Bad supervisor Victor Meza in Del Rio area not pay mileage out of your own vehicle plus HR no help if reported. Supervisor slaves you to help drivers which get paid salary no raise for extra work.

For truckers show up here 1hr to 2hrs early, only 2 trucks can stay overnight on the driveway, make sure you keep the distance from the entrance door, always do your do diligance and stay safe...

Appointment, Call @ gate for dock #. Once @ dock #, will give bolt cutter. Cut bolt, place both inside trailer, slide tandem to rear, give paperwork to forklift operator and back up to dock. No muss, no fuss.

Horrible Delivery service. Drivers are rude and their supervisors don’t care how they treat their customers. My sales person and I spoke to supervisor regarding drivers bad customers service multiple times but no action taken to improve customer service. I ask for personal face to face meeting which never happen. I am doing business with silver eagle for 20 years and this is how they take care of their customers.I hope someone in higher authority see this review and do something positive about it.

I have lived in San Antonio for only 2 years. In that time, I have had to resort to getting the beer I enjoy by special order at my local store. This is a hit or miss. My family and I will buy about 2 to 3 cases a week. (I have extended family and friends). The problem is that I may or may NOT purchase any, depending on the whim of the distributor. I went to get some today and again, the cashier informed me it was not delivered. Seems the rep didnt think I was buying it fast enough and decided to NOT to deliver any Michelob Amber Bock. For 2 years, I have had to hunt down this beer. Usually after 3 different stores and a 1/3 tank of gas, I come home with one 6-pack! Please, can I order AND receive the beer I enjoy and not have to settle for something less?

Apply here for truck driver position had interview and did road test whit some fat guy did not get job I have perfect record medical card and really good physical shape CDL license with endorsements finished school for truck driver I feel like its a discrimination because Im from different country some Mexican guy in front of me seem to the got a job . Because I seem to have the same last name so youre Mexican maybe you got a job here what a shame hows leading this company

I dont know how a multi-millionaire company, under pays and slaves their employees????????I was at awe to find out how much money these hard working employees are getting paid as a employee working 12+ hours, with one break which is given just 3-4 hours after getting there then have to work with no break, non -stop carrying over 100lbs of beer?? I mean Walmart is a pretty bad rep themselves for under paying their employees but the work is 5x harder and its ongoing production, and these employees only get paid a buck fifty more then Walmart employees? Cmon Silver Eagle you are slaving your employees, There are several warehouse production jobs that are offering their employees a lot more for their hard work, and appreciating them by not only paying what they deserve to be getting paid, but also have family picnics, events, appreciation days, incentives, awards, prizes and i can go on...... Its Sad that San Antonio is even allowing this and not to mention that online job sites and like Monster, job indeed, and FB sites are stating that Silver Eagle minimum starting pay is $13.50 and you can make up to $22.50 working there, but that is a lie or are employees being cheated of their pay? $10.00 an hour a shift that involves, loading, making palets, maintenance, receiving and now helping two departments with their jobs is NOT worth 10 bucks an hour!!! Time for Corporate to visit and appreciate their employees, hire more people to fill in their departments and pay should be bumped to at the least $14.00 an hour starting for all that is done there. Bring my shine back in to a company i and so many friends and family have helped gain their sales. I buy a lot of product from this company and it is distasteful on how bad their employees are being treated and paid, and also working so much they at least deserve a 45m lunch and two 15m breaks, SMH ..... well that is all i have to say, Man up Silver Eagle and start appreciating your employees for their hard work!!!

Vet disorganized gave me a door a truck was in already called them they acted like they didnt know what doors were open then gave the same door to three trucks without instructions almost got into fight with other drivers due to their lack of communication and then threaten to kick you out with their beer I almost took it to my yard started charging storage and getting g ready go deny their freight claim if you dont want it dont ask people to haul it well haul something else or nothing at all

It is a lack of respect to be such a big company,,, for what we have to bring the delivery,,, they do not download you if you do not have appoiment,,, it sends you out when they know there is no parking for the harrows and when they give you door it takes 2 to 3 hours more to download,,,, a whole day wasted
