Went to Pedal Guerrero to look at recumbent bikes for my wife and me. They rented us one so we could each ride on for a couple of days and just test it out. That helped us decide to buy two trikes. My trike was in and Joe made sure it was the right fit for me. It took some time, but he went through the whole bike as it needed multiple adjustments and parts to fit because I am tall. I am now able to ride mine and we are waiting for my wife’s trike to come in so we can ride together. We had a great experience and glad we stopped and looked at Pedal Guerrero for these trikes.We will go back and have them help us with the tune ups and anything else that is needed. They are knowledgeable and kind and not pushy. You can take your time to make the decision on what to do with the support of Amy and Joe.

Joe is a top notch bike tech and really knows how to treat customers. I needed help lacing and trying my rim, Joe took the time to not only build me an exceptional wheel assembly, but explained all the steps clearly and patiently so that next time I can take on this task successfully. Oh and they have sone AWESOME recumbent bikes!

I do not do these ratings very often, but my experience with Pedal Guerrero was so good, I had to. I had no experience with recumbent trikes. He let me test drive multiple models and answered every question I had. I ended up finding a previously owned trike by accident and purchased it. Then he looked it over. Long story short, his professionalism, knowledge, & willingness to help a new person to recumbent trikes exceeded my every expectation. I purchased my ancillary equipment from him and he has earned me as a repeat customer. I just do not find that type customer service very often these days. He will be my go to bike guy for sure!

When I became disabled last year, I was told I would not be able to ride my bicycle safely again for the rest of my life. :-( I had to sell my Trek and thought I would never enjoy riding again. Joseph and Amy fit me to the perfect trike for my disability, body type and budget. I purchased a Trident Trikes Spike 2. WHAT A MACHINE! Joseph also educated me on the perfect cargo carrier for my car and as you can see in the picture, it is just right. When I am on my trike, I am not disabled... Thank you Joseph and Amy!!!

They have a wide range of recumbent Trikes, bikes and adaptive equipment! Joe is very professional and friendly. Hes done a tune up on my recumbent bike, replaced a broken spoke and trued my wheel!

Mr Guerrero has outstanding customer service. I called other shops for tire repair and all others had 2-3 day wait but he took me right in at an extremely reasonable price. I have total confidence and trust in Mr. Guerrero and highly recommend him for any bike repairs.

I live in Austin and had been having issues with my ICE Trike that my local dealer had been unable to solve after 4 trips back to them. After a quick google search I found Pedal Guerrero, I placed a phone call and giving him the information about the issues I was having, I felt confident enough to make the drive a give Pedal Guerrero a shot. I am glad I did. Keep in mind this was middle of the Covid-19 issue. While I was having him fix the recurring problems, I also chose to upgrade my crankset. He was able to identify and fix the issues I was having that the other dealer could not and get me upgraded in short order. I highly recommend Pedal Guerrero, I wish I had bought my ICE Trike from him in the first place. I will having him do the service on it from now on. Thanks Pedal Guerrero.

Amazing new shop with a wide variety of adaptive cycling equipment. I ride a handcycle and I cant tell you how much I appreciate a dedicated shop to adaptive cycling. This is a long overdue needed shop in San Antonio. The staff are knowledgeable and kind with lots of knowledge about the various types of bikes and how to work on these complicated bikes. I highly recommend this place especially if you are looking for an adaptive bike for the first time.

I started riding a little over a year ago, with a TerraTrike. I liked it so much that I got interested in long rides, like 100 milers, and started looking to upgrade my trike. Did research and found this place listed on the HP Velotechnik website. I stopped by and met Joe when the store wasn’t open yet. He said the place was a mess, but I didn’t mind. After I don’t know how many back and forth emails and phone calls, I ordered a custom trike. Trike came in, Joe assembled it, I stopped by so he could fit me and took it out for a spin. Had 2 small issues. E-mailed that night, took it back and issues taken care of. Did a 22 miler ride that evening, great trike. Great service.
