I bought some boots for my wife as a gift. Came back for a possible exchange, if not a refund. Turns out that all sales are final like from the 70’s. You should really give customers a heads up before making such a sale since no one really does that anymore. The attitude of the manager didn’t help the situation either. So I guess in a sense I’m doing their job and letting customers know that all sales are final even if you literally drive them around in your truck and brought them back to them. Sleazy move if you ask me.

I ordered these from Alpha. The ostrich took about two weeks and the caimans took about 4 days to arrive from the time I ordered them. At first they are a little snugg but each time I wore them they kept breaking in. My homeboy Chad turned me on to Alpha Western Wear. To each his own but I cant say anything bad about this spot. You get what you order.

My brother came to visit from Scotland. Worked hard to find a good pair of boots that he could afford. Thanks to the friendly folks at Alfa, he got two pairs! Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend never ordering from this company. There is a YouTube review video of these boots and I’d say it was spot on. Awful service, beat up box that they sent it in, not genuine leather, and smell awful and not like leather. Stunk up my whole room. I don’t normally write reviews but this was pretty bad. Spend the extra $100 elsewhere and get life long lasting boots as opposed to these. You will get exactly what you pay for with the “cheap” price. A cheap pair of boots that smell funky.

Ok, remember these are leather exotic printed boots. Not extoic skin boots. If you understand that, you will not be disappointed. Boots are really good looking and range in price. However, I was looking for the specials from Instagram that they post for $39.99. those boots were nowhere to be found. Not that big a deal, because like said, the boots are real leather and real nice.

I ordered back in 2019 and had a great experience. The boots were good and so was the customer service. I can not say the same in 2021. I ordered my boots at the end of March and it is now middle of April, still no boots. I have reached out multiple times for a tracking number or any update they can give me, nothing. It’s crickets out there. I get the run around. Very frustrated and wondering if I got scammed somehow?**** UPDATE: We received our boots, good boots, wrong size. Maybe the entire warehouse was having a bad month?!

Friend ordered some boots here owner told him hed get a refund and its been 4 months yet jesse muñiz has gave him the run around over 200$ its a joke dont shop here!The website is so poorly made it says IN STOCK you order and get an email that you have to wait 4-6 weeks ans jesse fails to admit his mistake that his website is poorly made and fails to send a refund!

Be advised online shoppers, if the boot size doesn’t fit and want to exchange for the correct size, expect to pay for the return both ways! They will not cover for your exchange or return shipping fees. You’ve paid the shipping the first time, pay the shipping to exchange, and pay the shipping to have them returned back to you. You’re spending close to another pair of boots. Is it even worth shopping for boots online, no. I learned that the hard way. Just got to a boot store near you and try the boots before purchasing. You won’t pay for the shipping fees and you’ll get the correct boot size. Save your bucks.

I put an order on April and still have not revived. Item they keep telling me it’s on the way since 4 weeks ago they don’t seem to have comunicación I order them for my husband for Father’s Day and b day and still have not revived them😔

Absolutely horrible. I ordered 4 pair of boots feb 4 th and i have receive my boots as of today.

They blocked me on Facebook. I had 9 girls order boots 1 girl got a boot that the size was ripped off and the box was broken. Another girl got boots that you could tell had been worn and the incorrect size. They were both told they would send a wide they did not receive a wide. When they were told to exchange them we got 7 different numbers given to us and not a one would pick up. They said to send boots back with a note. It took 3 months!!! For my friend to receive new boots. When I tried to contact them on their Facebook I was blocked. This company is horrible do not trust!

Ordered 2 pairs of boots over a week ago and nothing. I can see my messages are being read but ignored. I’m only asking for a tracking number so that I can see when they’ll be delivered. Nothing. I don’t think I was scammed as the verification seemed legitimate, but Alfa clearly doesn’t care about getting further business from me.Do not order online/via Facebook/IG from here. The store told me they don’t deal with online orders and could not help me. Gave me the number for customer service and that was the extent of their help.

Drove from Houston to here to check out the boots in person. I was skeptical because the price was too good to be true. These boots are made in Mexico & have been very durable for me. When I walked in I was welcomed by the 2-3 Staff members. One of the staff members was attending me the whole time. I came in with the intention of just buying 1 pair, but due to the quality, price, and customer service I ended up purchasing a second pair. I might make the drive back to pick some up for my father. Recommend this place!

I ordered a pair of boots a few months back and have received nothing...I emailed them several times to try to figure out some info on my order. They’ve ignored all my emails and they never answered the phone. Please do not waste your money here. You’re better off going to a legit boot store to get yourself something nice.

This place is horrible I ordered a pair of boots over a week ago can’t get anyone to answer the phone they see my text messages but will not give me a tracking number I think I got screwed oh yeah 189 issues with delivery from the Better Business Bureau

They have several type of boots but I came for an exchange and yea it was fast but they still charge a $20 dollar diference which it not cool since I came from far I was just expecting an exchange with no charge.. but he also said price in store is more than online!! Well fkd up huh

These guys are a real piece of work, they send you a pair of boots that are too small, then you have to return them and then you never get anything back and you cannot call them only by chat or SMS and leave your number but they never contact you.

Went to their website to know more about what’s in your stock. Come to know that in the store none of the products shown online were at the store. The prices were a lie. The ones shown on the website are indeed false compare to their store prices. They don’t give receipts even if you ask for one, so their is no return policy.

I was looking for boots to wear at my wedding and my mother, who had offered to buy boots for me as a wedding present, passed along the name of this company Alfa Western Wear that she had seen advertised on Facebook. I checked out their website, which seemed professional and legitimate, and I was further comforted by the fact that they advertised addresses for three brick-and-mortar stores in Texas. I figured that they were a safe company to order from and their boot prices were excellent, so I ordered a pair, and I got an email confirming that my order had been received. When we ordered the boots, the website said that I could expect my order in 4 weeks. Since I was planning to wear them at my wedding, I made sure to leave plenty of time for shipping. Five weeks after I placed my order, I still had not gotten any further communication from the company, and my boots had not arrived. I tried contacting the company via email and they never responded. I tried calling the phone number on their website, and nobody picked up and their voicemail box was not set up so I was unable to leave them a message. I looked them up on Facebook and reached out to them via Facebook messenger, and finally got a response. They informed me that they would ship my order the next day. I was shocked. 5 weeks and they had not even shipped the order. I replied saying that they should cover the shipping costs since the order had been delayed so substantially. They never got back to me. I followed up a week and a half later on Facebook messenger and they would not give me a personal response, but I got an automated reply that gave information about how to place an order with them and supplied two phone numbers to reach them. Frustrated, I called the two numbers over and over again until one of the numbers texted me asking for my order number. I texted them my order number and an employee responded saying that they had just received a shipment of the design of boots that I had ordered but with a different toe style, and AGAIN said that they would ship my order the next day if I was willing to go with the style of boots that were in the shipment they had just received.I replied telling them I wanted a refund and have not heard back. I am pursuing this claim through my mothers credit card company.I have since looked up the company on the Better Business Bureau website, and seen that they have multiple similar complaints against them, many still unresolved.The company has also changed their website since I ordered, and the website now claims that it takes 4-8 weeks to receive your order. This was NOT the case when I ordered from them. Furthermore, the website NOW says that if you cancel your order, you forfeit 25% of the price you paid, because the website claims that the boots are custom orders - this is clearly not the case since the employee I was texting told me that they had received a shipment of boots in a different toe style and offered to ship me one of those pairs. The 25% forfeiture clause was also not listed anywhere on the website when I placed my order.Had their site disclosed these details when I was shopping their website, I would not have placed the order.I believe this to be how they are conducting their scam.I think that they get people to place their order, it never gets delivered, and then when people call their bluff and ask for a refund, they claim that they have to forfeit 25% of what they paid for the order which is how they make their money.

Don’t order !!!!I order 2 pairs of boots from your location we received them yesterday one pair is in Perfect condition the other pair 1 boot is defected I contact the person on line and advice me that no return for the defect boot, I been messaging multiple times and been ignored.I ask for a refund or a Exchange that said no I’ll filing a complaint with the office, my bank and bad review . I’ve been ignored a few timesThis is unacceptable and will not order again

A little out of the way, but worth a visit if you are looking for boots for a lower price point. I didnt notice any of the top brands and a lot of man-made materials used. But thats why the prices are lower
