Its a VERY nice & clean place. Its on the back side of Southpark Mall next to the old Sears by I35 & there was no one in the store except the manager & i so they need ppl to show up

They tried to over charge me saying i changed the tag.. Like i really carry a price him with me...lol the boot says 119.00. They wanted 599.99. Crazy.. Dont get wrong they are nice boots but not 599.99 worth..

Very rude lady, I walked into that store to ask a question and it seemed that it bothered the lady so much. And for your information they are not going out of business, its a sales tactic . I know this for sure as they moved from a small building to a much larger one which is this location. Go somewhere else !

Nice boots... not a very good selection and priced kinda high. Lady at register looked mad and very unpleasant. Clerk who helped us was young and very friendly.

Just yesterday I went and purchased a pair of boots from this place & I must admit these boots are in fantastic shape and really comfortable . As I recall, the young man at the register was friendly and the staff was incredibly welcoming. .Thank you Western Wearhouse .I dont know who makes the boots but they did an outstanding job with the design.

I happened upon this store through a local recommendation and when We called we were directed by Will to the newly opened Texas Western Warehouse in Downtown San Antonio which was walking distance and saved me a cab ride! There Hunter and Vic were awesome! As a visitor from the UK looking for the perfect pair of cowboy boots they could not have been more helpful, friendly and encouraging. Incredible range of boots at great prices - I left the shop with 3 fabulous pairs!!!! Good luck to you guys on the venture of the new store in a great location! 😊🤠🇺🇸 🇬🇧 xxx

Some good items but sales girl needs to have her facts correct the jacket I wanted was full price but everything is 50% off.

Very attentive staff. The only thing is sizes are first come first serve. Nonetheless if you are interested in buying something you will find it

Stopped by because I saw they were having a huge liquidation sale 50 to 70% off. Bought a pair of boots for my daughter and my son got to the register and the lady told us a total and we told her what about the 50% off she said she applied it we told her thats not right because on the pair of boots they have two prices they have their competitor price and their price so they were charging us their competitor price so my husband pointed it out and said no it says our price $99 and at 50% I want to say 50 something or 60 something so she apologized fixed it and said Im sorry theres too many price tags on here that was her excuse. Im sure if we would not have paid attention they would have gotten away with that. They have beautiful selection on boots and clothes but just beware when youre at the register.

They have unique outfits. Prices are the same as everywhere else after 50% off clearance discount. The girls were a bit rude following people around the store making comments about having to fixing the merchandise that people looked at.

Everything is Half off. Everyone was nice. Many sizes and styles available. Great Christmas presents.

Visting San Antonio stopped to check prices purchased boots for me and grandson. Reason for bad review.. ONE return policy no refunds, at time of purchase this was not made clear. I took pic sent to daughter and she did not like them. I returned to store within 30 mins and the manager confirmed that the receipt should have been highlighted and it was not. the policy is on the counter and I did not see it since I was at another register and the girl that processed my purchase did not mention the policy and she failed to highlight the receipt. Manager gave me a story that she would have to absorb the cost of the return.SECOND- my boots are a store brand and supposedly a knock off of another brand they sell at the store. They were only 140.00 dollars I understand its not going to be high quality .They are already scratched and I have only used them that day to come home.Normally, I inquire about the return policy and this is my fault but I feel that they could have been a bit more understanding as I already had made more than one purchase and I returned within the hour. Quality of my boots are not what I was told at the time of making the purchase as it is evident from the scratches on the boots now. I would think twice about purchasing from this company.

Way over priced boots, even with their closeout sale which promises up to 75% off. The staff is entertaining but somewhat aggressive to sell.

It seemed like it caters to more of the Latin America culture than a true western wear.

The prices there were outrageous and less that is cheap stuff from Mexico or China the shirt selection for men anyway was very very low unless you wore two or three XXL but Im just an average guy I wear a medium or a large and I found maybe six shirts in the entire store they were all $70 and above....

The super high prices according to this is 50% the store but they are triple inflated. Boots that entered side are in 179 there they are the same in 599 neither at 50 nor at 70% they manage to have a good price.
