Cancelled service before we even got service. What a joke! We signed up last week for an initial delivery/setup date set for Friday. Nobody showed up or bothered to call. We called to find out what happened and got the usual hollow apology and assurances that theyd try to get us taken care of on Saturday, but Monday was the earliest actual appointment we were able to get rescheduled for. No show/no calls on Saturday. Here we are on Monday at 4pm. I called at noon to get an ETA so Im not stuck waiting on an already unreliable delivery. It took nearly 20 minutes to get someone on the phone only to have my number passed to the driver to give me a call. Ive been waiting for a call for 4 hours now with another day wasted waiting on them.

Sparkletts Water is exceptional with delivery and the 5 gallon distilled water I need to drink because of my allergies. They are responsive and their website is very easy to set up and change delivery items and quantities, leave delivery instructions, add an extra delivery or cancel a deliver.Highly recommend.

When we first signed up for Sparkletts, they were a good service. It has gone downhill since the beginning of 2021. They have not delivered on our scheduled date for months in a row, have accidentally given us fewer bottles than we ordered, brought water bottles with holes in them, and missed deliveries completely.

Signed up for the services a month ago and canceled it. This is the most unreliable service we have ever had to deal with. Water dispensers were broken both times. Water deliveries have been either late or not consistent with the order (paid for 4 bottles but only got delivered two). We were left without water over the weekend. Then have been told the delivery will be on Monday. When calling customer service, they would say it will be delivered on Wednesday. When Wednesday comes around and there is no delivery, we logged in to find out they moved it to Friday. So we were left for a week without water that we’ve been charged for. So frustrating and disappointing!

This company has gone downhill. Ive used them for a few years and the first year or two was good. The last couple years have been the worst. They will change your delivery without letting you know, started only doing monthly deliveries and tell you that they won’t be in your area any other time, or the delivery driver doesn’t show up. I only drink water and have run out multiple times. I don’t really have any other options so I’m kind of stuck for now hoping it gets better.

I am doing this because I am currently on the phone for the FOURTH TIME trying to cancel my account! I HATE this company. Water was supposed to be delivered today. We put our empty bottles out at 7 am. Truck came into our neighborhood mid morning but didn’t stop at out house. I checked the website which said our delivery was on the way. Water did not come. I called customer service three times and never spoke to a person. I got automatic answering hold. I waited 20 minutes and hung up thinking something was wrong. I called back and waited 1 hour and 2 minutes. Hung up I called back a third time and held for over 40 minutes. No person ever came on the line. 😳

I had to get a new debit card so I went to log in and change it. Every time I tried to log in it crashed. I emailed saying I couldnt log in and never got a response. I then got an email saying I was due because my card couldnt be charged. I NEVER got my second water delivery. I emailed again, and tried to call but after being on hold for four hours I gave up. I decided Ill create a second account since you pay for it in advance, no problem. I then got a text message saying they couldnt deliver because my pervious account was over due. I texted him back saying I couldnt log in, but I didnt get my second delivery. They then charged me for BOTH deliveries AND DIDNT DELIVER MY SECOND DELIVERY! I emailed again saying there was a mistake. NO RESPONSE. So I emailed and texted the number again saying that if they didnt get me a refund and/or deliver Id like to cancel. I called but after being on hold for an hour the call dropped. Now Im on the phone for the third time trying to at least cancel my account because they tried to charge my card for a third time I DIDNT GET THE PREVIOUS DELIVRIES. DO NOT EVER GET WATER FROM THESE PEOPLE. EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW IS TRUE. DO NOT EVERY ORDER FROM HERE!!! THIS IS A WARNING, YOU WILL GET TERRIBLE SERIVCE AND NO WATER

Sparkletts San Antonio suffers terrible Google reviews, and sadly at one time, I had been among them. Improved and reliable service caused me to edit my posting.Ill start by bragging on their water. Its consistently delicious and refreshing. We have enjoyed it on the regular since early 2019.Why their reviews here tank...if you need to call them, comparatively speaking, contacting the IRS is more timely and pleasant. Plan to be on hold for a L.O.N.G. while. Not always, but you may also be transferred a couple of times when finally engaging with humans. So, that part...yeah, can use some improvement.Service at our old 78217 address was ridiculous. We could rarely count on receiving our delivery when it was scheduled. It would come, but was kind of a crapshoot as to when, and wed sometimes run out of water a couple of days before they showed. I was DONE...so upset. Left a scathing review and had all but sworn them off.We moved, and because I do love their water, I hoped against hope that their 78209 service would be better. Joyously, it is!! We never have skipped or late deliveries. They are like clockwork, and the water is still consistently refreshing.In fairness to them and our experience since moving, they have earned highest marks. Theyve even revamped their website, and most needs can be addressed there without necessitating the dreaded phone call. Overall, weve been thoroughly pleased. I definitely recommend them, and do believe theyre trying to up their game for their customers.

I would not recommend this company. They are ALWAYS late with deliveries. I have only recently become their customer but each delivery was super late. I keep running out of water waiting on them to deliver mine. Whats the point in them giving you a water delivery schedule if they can not follow it? Every time I call customer service all they do is escalate it to management, in which nothing happens. Do not use this water delivery service. You would be better off looking else where.

I should’ve read the reviews before I even signed for their service. The worst service you will ever get from a h20 bottle delivery service, horrible drivers with little to no time management. Second week of my delivery I never got my bottles and my empty bottles are just seating outside my door, they marked it as delivered on their website and I tried to contact the driver and the costumer service it’s a miscommunication and we will deliver the bottles if not today early tomorrow days later I still haven’t got those bottles. This company is a joke.

If you want inconvenience and continuous aggravation, then this is the company for you! If I could give them a zero I would. The water is great, but delivery is a nightmare. I had a scheduled delivery day every two weeks. If they delivered that day, it frequently was shorted. When they missed a scheduled delivery, they would drop off a partial order another day, whether there was someone there to receive it or not, all with no notice. Other times I received additional items that I did not order (or want) and added them to my bill. I have made formal complaints and tried to work with them to no avail....I only wish I had read the reviews prior to setting up a delivery service with them.

Having my money stolen is NOT APPRECIATED! Had a delivery scheduled for today! Driver picked up empty bottles but he didn’t drop off the water I had scheduled! This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. I canceled a delivery last month and was still billed $50+ don’t even know why I was billed that much considering I only get one 5 gallon and one case of water every 2 weeks!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.If I could give negative stars I would do that. Several times in the past three months only to be on hold for over an hour and a half. Once they answered the girl was extremely rude and did not resolve my issues with billing. They were to pick up my cooler yesterday and never showed up....they need to call me Today.

I have never had a problem with communication from the delivery person, who is safe with my animals and gives us what we asked for on days it was promised. The emails and phone messages are informative and helpful with time of delivery and if need to order more supplies. I enjoy refreshing water.

I dont know what all these one star reviews are about. I have been a client of Sparkletts for several years and they have been nothing but highly professional. Any concerns that I have encountered with them have been swiftly corrected after a single call. Yes, they do adjust their schedules once in a while, but they give advance notice and you can request extra deliveries at will. You can also adjust the quantity of products you want delivered at any time. I highly recommend using Sparkletts.

We are very dissatisfied with our service. We have been customers for a while now 2013. When we moved back into the city is when we started having issues in 2015. The issues/incidents are not isolated and we have tried to escalate through customer service numerous times. To only be told we would get a phone call back to address the issue and still NOTHING! They never fix the root cause to the problem this is why the issues continue.- Changes made to our account we did not authorize and we when ask who made the change they cannot answer us. I requested 5 - 5 gallons of water a month ago. First delivery went well. The next delivery two weeks later reverted back 3 - gallon bottles. When we called to inquire about the change they werent able to pinpoint how this was made or who made. I am beginning to believe the drivers do not read the orders or pay attention, I seriously do not know what to think anymore. Maybe some is changing our account but wouldnt there be a record of the change?-Products showing up at our door that we did not order or request. Ice waters added to our order earlier this year.-The latest 8/13/2020 a missed delivery (this has happened more than once). We received a notification yesterday the delivery was coming out. EOD day no delivery, no water, no call or explanation. We call customer service to find out what happened see what they can do to make this right. We have had to go out and get our water twice these past couple of weeks because of their mess up. They are unable to explain what happened offer to credit us a bottle of water $5.99 (WOW). We are very upset with this ongoing issue and their lack of concern to fix the issue. Their escalation team NEVER calls us back.BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND YOU CANNOT RELY ON THEM.

They will randomly change delivery without contact, wont even deliver some months and wont even contact you about, but theyll sure charge you for it. I stopped getting the recorded phone message on when my deliveries would even be. Even being with a business, they started coming after hours and even on weekends? Seriously?

Have used them for a bit over a year and everything was great. Within the past three months they have changed my schedule, therefore leaving me without water. Had a delivery scheduled for yesterday and it never happened. I call this morning and they aren’t delivering today because of the holiday tomorrow. Just cancelled. So frustrating.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Never thought to read the reviews of this company because we had signed up as a Costco customer and trusted their partnership. Well, never making that mistake again. Just like the many other reviews, this company managed to have us waste two full days at home waiting on the initial delivery setup that never came. This is after calling multiple times to confirm we were on the route schedule for receiving our items and being assured that we were. This company is complete trash.

This is probably the worst service I have ever received. We signed up at Costco but ever since then it has been a nuisance. First off, the sales agent sold this product to us on false pretense. The delivery driver would deliver more than what we asked for, which increased our monthly cost. Right now Im dealing with a payment they didnt apply and because of this they have submitted our account to collections. Ive since paid what they claim I owed and still 5 days later they still cant reinstate my account. Everytime I call I get auto transferred to the collections dept which hasnt been able to find my lost payment nor reinstate my account. Once this issue is resolved I will be cancelling my service for good.

I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THE ONE STAR. Sales rep came out to my property said he would leave some water and dispenser on a trial base. Sine I was thinking of switch from my current supplier I was like ok why not. I didnt even have it a week when a dilvery truck showed up to drop off an order for my account. I told him I dont have an account. I dont want the water take it back. I immediately called Ronnie the sales rep and told him to pick his merchandise. Now Im in collections for late fee were Ronnie did not credit the acct. I emailed him and no response. I called coustomer service and they emailed me a contract with Initials that are not mine at all. All I was give was a number to dispute charges but when I called it send me to voice mail. Signed up at Costco and got the first delivery just fine. My husband called Monday to tell them what we wanted for our Wednesday delivery. Got home today and there was no delivery! When I called they said that’s because your delivery was yesterday -someone was home all day and we didn’t get a delivery. Canceled service. Horrible customer service, I was scheduled to receive my first delivery on a certain day confirmed with an email and never received it. I called and waited on hold for almost an hour for them to put me on hold again for an additional hour to speak to the correct department. I run a business so I have no time to wait and mess with horrible services I would not recommend using them.

I have been a customer for over a year and never have had a problem with them. Our route driver is always here on our schedule Tuesday by 9 a.m he makes sure we get what we need and if we want to add something he never hesitates. Just recently our kids lost the faucets handles while we cleaned our the filter system. Message them saying if I could buy a replacement. They just gave me a new one instead and all I had to do was turn the old one back. We have always had a great experience.

They do not deliver on time. When they reschedule they do not contact to let you know. The only number you can call is the 800 number and they are based out of state. You just get the run around that they are going to have the regional manager call you. No one ever calls. Been waiting for my water cooler to be replaced now for a week and have wasted several days staying home to just be reschedule without a phone call.

Weve been Costco customers for close to 7 years and Sparkletts is incredibly inconsistent and the customer service number is unhelpful. The agents send you in circles and its very difficult to get anyone to help. We called three times for a missed delivery and have yet to get our water. I am only giving them 1 STAR because it requires me to. I would like to give them a 0 rating. Like the other customers who have written reviews I am very unhappy with this company and their lack of customer service. My issue with this company all started when they missed a delivery. When I first called they said their records showed 5 bottles had been delivered. I informed them that it was incorrect and they offered to send someone next day. Well this continued for about 2 weeks--I would call (average hold wait time was about 25-30min) and ask to escalate it to a manager who would apologize and say they would send word to the local San Antonio branch and promised to have water delivered the next day. They also stated that each time I called notes were made in my account, but that was a lie. Every time I called I had to re-explain my story. Needless to say, it has now been 3 weeks and nothing has been resolved. They even tried to charge me for the water that was never delivered! They never offered to make the situation right. I have never had such terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST! IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY TO USE THIS COMPANY! I have also contacted Costco to inform them that they should no longer contract with this company as their poor service ultimately reflects their company as well.

As a long time customer I gave them plenty of chances to not screw up, but enough is enough. They will screw up your delivery dates every few months and you will go without water until you contact them. When you do contact them they will tell you they will be out there in a few days. You will be regularly over billed and charged random bottle deposit fees. Soo long SPARKLETTES!

Worst customer service ever! Never received an invoice for the first month, I contacted the salesman that signed me up for the services and he told me he updated the the email address which he never did because another week went by and I still had not received an invoice. I called their customer service phone number and scheduled a pick up date, updated my email address and was advised I would receive my final bill after the equipment and bottles were picked up. They never came on the scheduled date. I then called their customer service AGAIN and was told that my account was past due which is why they could not pick up the equipment, the representative was very rude as well as her supervisor, and again told me they could not pick up due to the account being past due. I called again to speak to someone different and was informed that the previous representatives were wrong, a past due account would not keep me from getting the items picked up. I am now waiting on a phone call from another department to once again schedule everything to be picked up because they refuse to provide a drop off address. This is the worst customer service ever.

My family have water delivery service with sparklett since 2015. The service is not bad. The only problem we have is they love to delivery water to my neighbor who lives across a street at first year. The problem was resolved since my family moved to an apt in 2016.After two years, we asked sparklett stop delivery water to us at May 2017 because we will move out in July 2017. Since we stop the water delivery, the driver did not come to our unit in 4th floor to pick up the empty bottles. Even he is delivery bottles to my apt’ first floor gym every other week.After seven phone calls between May 25th and July 2nd, the Houston Region manager canceled our account, and told us sparklett cannot sand any driver to pick up five empty bottles because we do not order any new water! He also said this is not their problem, they will not refund the bottles deposit, the account has been canceled, and we cannot keep calling them to ask a diver to pick up the bottles.We can not login the our account since July 19th.In the end, my family received a bill from sparklett which ask us to pay 82 dollars at January 2018 because sparklett said they ware delivery water to my old apt between July 2017 to January 2018.This is impassable because apt at Houston has very strict regulations which does not allow anyone left 10 battles of water at the hallway in six months.Sparklett refuses to knowledge they are fraud us, and insist on we didn’t canceled account.

It took 4 weeks from order to delivery and missed 4 scheduled delivery dates with NO phone calls to tell me they would not make it that day. Today they delivered a dispenser, without calling and they are lucky they caught me at home, and the dispenser will not dispense either hot or cold water. Im on the phone even as I write this review to tell them it doesnt work! Ive been on ignore for 25 minutes and counting! Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service. Buying bottled water at the store is beginning to look like the only solution. It will probably take another month to get them back out here to fix this junk!

DO NOT, I mean DO NOT fall for the sales pitch at Costco. This is the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. In one years time twice they have just ignored delivering water to my home. The first time they missed my delivery and had to wait 2 extra weeks, excuse was new driver the old one retired. This week my delivery was suppose to be Monday 8/10, no water. Called in the assured me they would deliver on Tuesday, no water. Called in and they again assure a delivery on Wednesday, now Thursday and still no water. Only gets one star because its not possible to give less. Impossible to contact anyone. Cant cancel service through website, you must wait on hold for 30 minutes or more. You cant even increase your delivery! We shouldnt have to BEG to give you more money! Even worse customer service than AT&T. At least they will speak to you. They are the worst provider--any company affiliated with DS Water/Hinkely Schmidt you can expect the ABSOLUTE WORST service ever. They will overcharge you not honor the promotions that they advertise. Do not enroll in autopay because you will never get back the money that they erroneously charge you. It is impossible to get someone on the phone in customer service in under 35 minutes. I wish they would be put out of business. If I could give them negative stars I certainly would do that. I was delivered a cooler that did not work and have had it for 3 weeks and cannot get anyone to come and exchange it. I canceled service and no one still came to pick up their equipment on the day they said that they would do that and they changed the appointment without calling. Forget about receiving a response from Omar, their route manager, that will never happen either. Email is also another way to have your requests ignored. You can do everything on their website except for cancel your service and cancel your autopay. They will be sure to keep your money.

Was promised one liter bottle delivery. After three deliveries they said they didnt have any one liters for this ONE delivery and could I take 24 oz bottles this time at a discount. I run a gym. I need water. I reluctantly agreed. After three more deliveries of 24 oz bottles they still didnt have one liters AND now they have discontinued selling the 24oz bottles. Long hold times for a representative average wait time is 30 minutes. They never pick up empties left for pick up. They never ring the doorbell so I always end up hauling the product intro my house. Terrible customer service.

Terrible company, randomly charged you extra then gives bogus excuse for why. Late deliveries and when they do randomly charge you extra they lock your account as overdue. How does an account with autopay go overdue?!

Wish I could give zero stars. When I ordered water service I was given a delivery date 3 weeks out- which I thought was a wait but understandable considering summer and the temperatures here in Texas- must be their busy season. I did not receive my initial order until 3 weeks AFTER promised delivery date. Could not get through to customer service and when I did I was told my delivery was rescheduled by the driver because he didnt have the dispenser on the truck- no phone call no email- took a week after this for delivery. Wrote MULTIPLE emails and never had a response or returned phone call. On an every two week water delivery- missed 3 deliveries and was called by automatic system once on 8/27 stating I was scheduled for delivery on 8/28 and to have my empty bottles outside- it is now 9/8 no delivery but I just saw the truck deliver 5 houses down 20 mins ago and no surprise here- did not deliver to my house! I wonder how long my neighbors have been waiting! Worst service ever! Do not sign up- Youll never get through to cancel!!!

Very new customer (2 months) and Im on a every 2 week delivery schedule. So far, theyve missed my delivery day 3 out of 4 times. My delivery day is Friday, so if they miss it, I dont get my water until Monday, usually very late in the evening. Im giving them one chance to fix this or Im cancelling.
