These guys rock! I get my wifes water here, and she loves it! The two guys Ive met here are both friendly and courteous, as they will help with your bottles to your car. I love the flavor and mouth feel of the alkaline water, much cleaner and no chlorine! They also sell CBD products, which I like for myself. Check these guys out for great drinking water!

Love this place. They give you freedom to fill you jugs and help you load. I will return here for clean water. San Antonio water system has too much minerals. Dont drink the water if you can afford to buy filtered water. Thanks.

I honestly like the water. The water gets 5 stars. My experience however at times is indifferent due to the customer service. Unfortunately, for the times that I go, its the same person each time. He can be a bit pushy and unfriendly. This has been my experience as well as 4 other of my family members. Seems to be a bit racist. Maybe my experience will be different if I go when someone else is there. I have spoken with the owner who seems to be pleasant but this employee is not a very good representative of his company.

The attendant is friendly, helpful and informative. He has never said or done anything unprofessional in my presence. He does not seem like that kind of person either. (Maybe he mistakened the previous rater for someone he knew?) The water is the best I have ever tasted. You wont be disappointed. Bring your own gallon containers, or buy theirs. They offer two alkalinity levels: for everyday drinking and for those who want a higher on because they are battling illness. You cannot beat the price either!!

Great water and company however you can get Figi water from Japan delivered quicker than you can from these guys. Please work on your delivery system (ie) give a receipt and a best time of arrival for delivery.

The product is great, but the customer service is terrible. Christine doesnt seem to want anyones business or maybe she doesnt understand customer service. You shouldnt have other customers volunteering to assist you nor should you feel insulted when asking her a question. If you dont want to be there, then find another line of work.

LADIES BE AWARE!! The attendant got too friendly with me and he touched me which was completely inappropriate in any business situation. He came up behind me and grabbed my shoulders and I had to swap his hands off me as I scurried away from him. I told him not to touch me, he had no right to touch me and I felt unsafe. I have called to talk to the owners and they are making light of the situation. I will no longer be a customer with this business. That is not right.

I went for my first time last week. The manager there was helpful & respectful. He was very courteous to anynone who walked in. I appreciate that he even helped me load all 5 of my 5 gallon jugs into my car. I didnt expect that he would offer to help. But he did the same for other customers who walked in. As for the water, its perfect! Im so glad i decided to say yes to this water!!
