Very nice show room. Cabinets, floors and more! This place has two beautiful and friendly guard dogs that come right up to you and greet you.

We are from Corpus and we drove to Alice to buy our new Jeep Summit and it was a vast improvement from our experience in Corpus. Ive been in a lot of car dealerships over the years and this was the most pleasant one ever.Just a real small town experience, competent, honest people. I just wish Alice was a little closer when I need to take my Jeep in for service.

Cabinet are nice but they dont start what they finish... horrible customer service....save your money and time...it has been a month.and still not finished..call and no answer... terrible

Failed to deliver as ordered. Didn’t have enough stock and refused to order more so I’m left with cabinets and no countertops. Avoid to not be stuck in the same position.

Bad customer service, they are horrible at communicating. They directed an outside person to come finish the job after waiting and waiting and promises from the manager their gonna get the job completed. now this person has yet to get back, text, call us, no answer when we call. 1 month later my cabinets still needs tweeking and not centered. People pay yall thousands of dollars and this is how yall treat your customes??

I would not do business with this company as they dont do anything they promise. I am still waiting for my cabinets and counters and floors to be installed. It has been 2 weeks since I paid them. They promised me 2 or 3 day turn around and it looks like a 3 to 4 week turn around. Stay away from them. I wish I had. I hope they get this done and I hope the cabinets wont be sub par as other reviews have posted. I will follow up on what they did. I am probably going to sue them in small claims court.

Fantastic!For starters these guys freaking rock! Sammy, Brenda, and their whole team have a lot of knowledge about their craft. They do what they say, which in this day and age, is rather rare.It was a very easy process designing our kitchen remodel, and we really want to give credit where it is due.Call Sammy, you wont be disappointed.

We had kitchen cabinets made for two apartments. They came out great. Looked wonderful, functioned properly, they installed them with care and the price was perfect.

This is an amazing company that has so many different options! we have gotten our Kitchen from here and we LOVE ITT !!!!!!!

Builders DecorWriting this review to caution anyone considering to hire this contractor. First this contractor claims to be the “lowest price in town”. While this may be true, the lowest price in town comes at a price. First, the quality of work is subpar. My backsplash pieces don’t line up properly and the seams are horribly noticeable where the granite lines up. I’ve had other contractors work in my house and the granite lines up seamlessly. In addition, backslash pieces were not included with the purchase of the granite top which seemed odd considering the salesman told us everything was included. So we had to pay extra for these pieces which were also not installed correctly. The cabinet drawers are hard to open and close. Not sure if they were installed correctly or if it’s the quality of their product. We probably shouldn’t have been surprised by the quality of work considering how unreliable they were after we scheduled the install. They had numerous excuses as to why the job couldn’t be started as scheduled. First excuse given was their truck broke down, however, no communication regarding the delay until we called. Next excuse was that they fired their entire crew and were sending a new crew by 0900 the following morning. Crew didn’t show until 2:30 and only brought the vanity to install. They didn’t return with the granite for three days. This project was for a small half bath which only required a vanity and sink. This should’ve only taken one day to complete. Because the granite looks so bad, I am now hiring another company to fix the shotty work done by this company. Hopefully this review will keep someone else from falling into the same situation. Buyer beware when dealing with this company. Builders Decor is not only completely unreliable, their work represents why the are the lowest price in town.
