The professionalism of the person helping me and repairing my phone was at abyssal levels. He asked me for my phone password without explaining the reason why he needed it. He told me he had 2 orders before mine, so my order would be ready in about 2 hours. I left and returned no more than 5 minutes later because I felt extremely uncomfortable about giving my password for a simple screen replacement, to which his solution was erasing my password from the system. I asked why they needed it and his answer was To test the screen functionality which should be able to be tested without the password or with me present. I asked for my phone back so I could reset the password and he had already taken it apart! So much for the two orders ahead of me! The entire interaction was sketchy, and I feel like my privacy was severely invaded. I came home and went online to check the status of the repair, and it needed a ticket ID, which I was never given. I never signed any kind of waiver at the beginning of the encounter and I was not notified of the risks or leaving my phone to be repaired. Unreal.

CPR replaced a broken lens cover on my Galaxy S20 for a great price. The cover was ordered and it arrived within a week. It took about 40 minutes to replace the glass. The phone now looks as good as new. Great job, CPR!

Positive Experience; would recommend. CPR Cell Phone Repair was the 5th repair business that I visited seeking a replacement screen for my Samsung S20 Ultra (released 6 mos ago). The other establishments didnt have the part and werent sure that they could get it. I visited late in the afternoon and left the phone. Within 24 hours, CPR Cell Phone Repair picked up the needed part from their other location and had my phone repaired.

Everything was great. Very fast. I was so happy to finally have the screen on my son’s iPad fixed. Especially with covid it had been such an eyesore for me.
