Fast Friendly service from start to finish, Office staff up front friendly and efficient.On my visit was given completion time .Upon arrival phone was ready.I would highly recommend this location for screen repair

I took my phone in on 8-13-21 to get the screen replaced. Cost of repair was approx $275.00 realized phone did not work once I got home. Called Dr. Phonez and spoke with one of the owners and she said to bring it back so they could look at it. I live 90 miles from this location. I brought the phone back on 8-15-21 to find out the antenna was loose. I asked the tech that fixed it for some of my money back. He said he couldnt but would leave word with the boss to call me. It is 8-18-21 and no call from Dr. Phonez, will never go back to this business.

Customer service is bar none. The work was completed faster than I expected. This is definitely not my last time using this store. 5 out 5 stars for sure!

Got my phone fixed Saturday next day the screen went black call them and told them and I told him I cant be there till Friday of next week. When I went in and took the phone out the case they said it had physical damage after there wasnt no physical damage and now trying to tell me to pay again where they told me it had warranty when I paid $200. Dont let them highway rob you and sell you a defective screen

I took my Nintendo Switch to repair the port and told me it would be done next day. Got there the next day and ports were not done. Told me they need more time to diagnose the problem. I asked for a port change not to diagnose what I knew was wrong. A waste of my time.

Called ask asked to have my bluetooth headset repair but they wont take it cause there are better paying repairs wow little things they dont care so to they even really care or is it about the money I would watch out for these shops

DO NOT TAKE A RISK WITH THIS PLACE. I took my wifes iPhone x there last week with a shattered screen but we could still hear siri and use the phone. When I got it back they said there was nothing they could do. I took it to a master technician at Cellular Zone and they determined that Dr Phonez used a laser and damaged the phone beyond the repair. I contacted them but they said I wont hear back for a week and see if they will actually make this right.

I went into Dr. Phonez on San Pedro in an emergency situation to get my phone repaired. They were more than just helpful! They were courteous, professional, and extremely accommodating. They took the time to explain my phone, and provided options on how to get it fixed quickly. They also worked with the cost for me, and gave me a extremely rapid turnaround. I really appreciated the professional demeanor, and the fact that the technician came out to speak to me as well.I would highly recommend Dr. phonez to anyone looking for help with their phone in both emergency situations and for purchases due to their patient, polite and professional assistance.

I took my phone back in September to get fixed. Since the beginning screen messed up and I had to bring back the phone which they did repair. After a month again it started messing up and I have to keep restarting my phone for my screen to pop back up.They said warranty no longer covers it. So make sure you are aware the warranty only covers since you first buy it. Not if they fix it with a new screen.I would recommend YouBreakIFix more as they are more reliable with their warranty and their screens actually work.

I am never the person to leave a bad review but my experience with Dr phonez was absolutely un expectable. My family and i have been here before and even refer other family and friends to them. I went in to fix JUST a broken front screen and back iPhone 11 Pro Max everything else was working perfectly fine. When i got it back the first day the brightness would go all the way down on its own and it would just shutoff so i took i back in, and needless to say it happen 3 more times to where the phone shut off completely and wouldn’t turn back on. Every time i went in there was no manager to speak with even the worker said he was trying to get ahold of him or her and there was no response. They refused to give me my money back after THEY clearly messed something up inside the phone because like i said i only went in for a cracked screen. I then stated i didn’t want them to work nor touch the phone until i spoke to a manager and they did the total opposite. It’s frustrating when you spend over $300 and get this type of service i highly recommend taking your business else where

The only reasons this is getting 1 Star is because you can’t give less and I can be thankful I didn’t pay these people a dime. After calling a few other places I made the decision to go with Dr. Phonez because they told me over the phone that they could repair an Apple Watch series 5. I drove across town to drop off and was told by an employee it would be approximately 2 hrs for repairs. Mind you when I dropped it off the screen was cracked but still worked. I waited close to 3 hrs and never received a call. I stayed in area and decided to go back by the location and this same individual told me a part needed to ordered and wouldn’t be in till Monday or Tuesday. Why not pick up the phone and call? So I left frustrated and waited till Monday. No call. So I decided to call again and was told check back Tuesday. Called back Tuesday and was told they would call me Wednesday. No call again. So I decide to call and was told it would be ready in an hour. Drive across town to be told the watch screen was defective and they needed to ship it back. Once again...why not call?! Same run around the following 3 days. I go pick it up Saturday after being told it could still be fixed and promised better communication only to pick up a Watch with the original cracked screen and it will not turn on at all at this point. So now I’m out over $400 for this watch that was not repaired only in fact damaged even more than when I dropped it off. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS. They are crooks. The ratings they have are very misleading but if you read comments it’s because they offer a discount to people who rate them high.

My daughter dropped her phone breaking the screen of her iphone. Found Dr Phonez on Groupon. Fixed it extremely fast. Offspring is all smiles says its just like she got a new phone. Price was best I could find after looking around to other places too.

Walked in, left phone due to area of the screen not working. Other than that phone was working fine. Left it for 2 hours. Didn’t get a call back. I had to call and now said my phones going in and out turning off and on. I work with cell phones and more than likely they switched a part of the phone. It should not take hours to “diagnose” a phone.

DO NOT GO HERE. I should have learned my lesson.I had brought a working iPhone 6 that had a bloated battery (that was previously installed by Dr Phonez) and a screen as well. It was out of warranty range, which I understood, but battery had bloated and cracked my screen. Took my phone to the Stone Oak location, and was handed a phone near closing time that had 1% charge. Things seemed normal, but upon getting home, the phone would cycle off every 5 minutes. Had to go back next day and drop the phone off. They did not have a technician to get this worked on at the Stone Oak location, so they told me they had someone available at the Forum location and they would drop it off.Instead of going there, it would end up at this location at San Pedro.This location is now stating that it wasnt the result of their work on the battery or screen (per their diagnostics) and now need 1 to 10 business days to diagnose.At the Stone Oak locating, Regina told me their technician had multiple phones open that afternoon (I had brought my phone at 1430, and asked that if the phone could be repaired same day, she said her technician could get to it) essentially trying to meet closing deadlines. This carelessness has now left me without a phone to utilize, and this location is claiming its my Logic board. The phone was working fine.They use terrible products and components for repair. Its how they can charge what they charge for repair, but technicians who rush their work, and poor long term quality products means DO NO GO HERE ANYMORE.This is how they are skirting responsibility and now I am waiting for their diagnostic, and despite being told that I would get a loaner phone or something to hold me over, they are now denying responsibility essentially and left me with the bill.DO NOT GO HERE. Go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On Tuesday my phone was brought in to have the screen replaced because it was cracked the technician stated that I could get a refund if it didnt work. I leave and come back less than 24 hours because my phone is acting crazy it will not let me answer calls and I am told it needs to be calibrated. So he does his thing and tells me if it doesnt work i can get a refund,, and 24 hours later its still not right. Calls people randomly and scrolls nonstop. I return and ask for the refund to be told by manager, Lizzie, that the phone was dead on arrival so it couldnt be checked. That is a lie. I was using the phone at the time I walked in. So I leave with nothing. No compensation, no repair, just take my $200 and cheat and lie.

My Dad left an ipad to get a new battery at the Stone Oak location at the beginning of December to the tune of $230. When he picked it up the ipad turned on, but then once it was home, it died again and would not turn back on. He took it back to the store and they called him to tell him it had water damage. (Though its never been near water and they didnt find it with the battery repair.)They finally called on Christmas Eve to tell him that it was ready, when he called back on the 26th they told him it wasnt actually quite ready, they needed to do some checks on it.I called twice, my mom called, and yes, my Dad called. FINALLY when I went in on Wednesday with him to find out what was going on, I was informed that the ipad had been sent to the San Pedro location and that I could talk to the manager there. I talk to one person who gave me the song and dance of water damage again and then I talked to the manager. I was informed that as soon as you walk out the door, there is no warranty on their battery, so my Dad must have done something to the ipad within the days he got home... the water damage happened when he got home too by the way. These folks are complete crooks.When I asked the guy why he would charge a senior $230 plus whatever he WAS going to charge for water damage (I assured them we would not be paying any more) when he could buy a new one for $350 at Costco, he said that it was their job to repair them and that hed be out of a job if he told people it was a wiser decision to buy a new device. He actually had the nerve to tell me that my car mechanic would do the same thing instead of telling me to buy a new car. (I assured him that my awesome Mechanic would NEVER have me make a repair that wasnt in my best interest.) The manager also told me that if he had that conversation with every customer that came in his store, it would take 5-10 minutes per customer and he didnt have that kind of time. Oh. My.I was told that magically the ipad would be ready for me to pick up that night or the following morning and I had them assure me that it would be working. (Now almost 2 months later.) It was.So... dropped of at the Stone Oak (Evans and 281) location and then was sent to San Pedro. DO NOT use Dr. Phonez for anything more than a quick screen repair as apparently thats the only thing they can get good reviews on.

Don’t go to this place they will ruin your phone!!!I payed $129 plus tax to replace my phone screen and in return I got a cheap screen that makes all your pictures look brown and darker. I went to complaint the woman there was not friendly didn’t even apologize or cared. My business works with pictures and I can’t have a phone that gives me distorted colors when I see a picture. My pictures look like I’m back in 2016. The fee they charge is not appropriate for the cheap screens they provide. They fix one problem and created a second one. They didn’t want to refund me the money so I’m going to dispute with my bank and submit a complaint through the BBB. Due to them I’m going to have to buy a new phone an additional expense I was not counting on. I writing this review to save you from going to this place save your money.

UPDATE- I Have spoken to apple and it is Dr. Phonez fault. I have now had to purchase a new phone. STAY AWAY! Do not come here. I had my screed replaced and while it looks nice, FaceID worked when i dropped it off and when I picked it up it didnt. When I brought this to their attention and left my phone for them to look over they told me it was an apple issue.... A day later and I cant even open my phone because its like there is a ghost pressing all over the screen. Random things get swiped on and I have lost full functionality. As I type this my phone has by itself entered the passcode wrong so many times that I am now locked out for an hour. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and my credit card.

Had a great experience with fixing my iPhone X. I ordered the service online and brought my phone in. I couldn’t even show them the receipt because I ordered it on my computer and my LCD was broken. Told them the order number, and they allowed me to show the receipt after my phone was fixed (LCD issue). They were very professional, and I was able to drop it off and pick it up a few hours later. Phone works great today, and it was cheaper than the last place I got my phone fixed. Thank you for a great experience!

Might be fastest repair service ever I have received in my life.walked in with my broken I-Phone and a little over a 30 minutes my run over shattered phone was ready! Left the store just a little over $45.00 I walked out with my I-Phone working again!!!Lizzy and Luis did a great job: professional, polite and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!

Never going back, recommend everyone to do research and try a different place, they have inexperienced technicians, and dont use OEM parts, took my phone in to replace the battery, there was nothing else wrong just noticed the battery not lasting all day like it used to, picked it up, waited an hour for the glue to dry as per their recommendations, turned it on and the screen was black, called them immediately and took it back that same day, they said that was not related to the repair and would take up to ten days to diagnose, really ten days..... so for ten days every morning a technician wakes up goes to work just to diagnose a phone not practical, after the third day I told them to stop sure sounds like they dont know what they are doing and I needed my phone, could not wait ten days for them, as i believe most people cant. This cost me a new phone and the 90.00 they would not refund because they said it was nothing they did, although they were unable to diagnose the issue.

Horrible customer service! 4 days of waiting I called. After 2 or 3 calls someone will answer and then put you on hold for 5 to 8 minutes and tell you it make take 2 or more business days!?!? I finally after a week and half just went to pick it up and take it somewhere else and it took them 1.5 hours!

Free check of phone to determine problem. Repaired correctly and my phone is up and running like new. Very reasonable on price. Done within time I was advise it would be. No repairs were done until I was notified.

This place is horrible. I took my IPhone XS Max. Paid almost $300 for a screen repair. They said they’d call me when it was ready. I ended up having to call them the next to to be informed my phones been ready since yesterday. I needed up taking my phone back 4x and each time it was because they used cheap screens and it kept glitching and shaking my whole screen. I took it back not even having it in my hands for 2minutes. The home screen swipe wouldn’t work and I found out as soon as I was walking out the store. After the fourth time taking it back and asking for a refund the Owner who’s name is Emory told me I couldn’t get a refund because since the screen was cracked originally they aren’t responsible for any of it since I cracked my phone originally. I asked him why do you even check phones then before they come in to make sure everything’s working properly. When I explained how that didn’t make since the owner told me if I wanted my phone fixed right I should’ve taken it to apple. Warning do not take your phone here, they use cheap screens and the owner is horrible on making sure the customers is happy with the service.

I’ve never seen a place so disorganized. It’s actually really sad to see a place like this be so clueless about everything. My fiancée turned her laptop in to get the screen fixed. We were told it was gonna be 3-4 days. It took them over 2 weeks to actually finally realize they have a job to do!! After so long of waiting they finally finished, just to fine out they messed up and the touch screen didn’t work no more. We saw that we had a 3 month warranty, so we decided to take it back for they can fix the job THEY messed up on. We were than told it was gonna be ready either the same day or 2 days later. A week and a half later we never received anything from them so we decided to stop by just to find out this low brain cell company didn’t even touch it yet. They claimed they needed to “order a part” and didn’t even order it yet. So we decided to get the laptop back. Screw this place! It’s a joke! My 3 y/o nephew has more common sense than them

I took a Iphone XR with a cracked screen and the lady there said it would be an hour and thirty minutes for it to be done. So about close to 2 hours go by and they dont call me to let me know its ready or if its going to take longer, I call the store and a man answers and after having me wait for 5 minutes he tells me its going to be ready in 30 minutes. 45 minutes pass and I havent received a call so I head to the store and the phone is given to me fine but not even a apology for taking so long or for not giving me a call to let me know the phone was ready. Very bad service in that aspect...never going again.

I had made a review last week, but it seems to have been deleted.So in a short review, Dont take your ipad to this store, My mother drop off her ipad to get her battery replace. Once they replace it, the touch screen didnt work any more. Mind you, it was taken in to get the battery replace because it wouldnt keep a charge. They dont return your calls. They get confuse if they ship your ipad to another location to get check. We called to get a update and they end up telling us that you ipad is un-repairable. It was working before they open it up, but now Nothing works. I pick up the ipad and seen damage to the top left, i see a small screw stuck to the casing of the ipad. When we spoke to them, they said it turns on now but the touch screens doesnt work. we are going to send ur ipad to get check. We replace the screen and it still will not work. I pick up the ipad, get in my car, try to turn on the ipad on and still it will not turn on. I go back inside and tell the lady at the front desk, the ipad will not turn on she said i think they took the new battery out and put back ur old one. So now my mothers ipad is worst then what we had took it in for. Lost all value pictures. Over 3 weeks at this place for them to damage are ipad to where it un-repairable. (there words).The right thing is to repair the damage that you have cause to this ipad. but of course they will not. So as everyone knows ipads are not cheap.Please dont take you stuff her. As you can see in the review, this happens to alot of people. Just sad, And its looks bad on me because i have send about 5-7 people to this store. I will not be doing that any more.

Save your money and take your phone elsewhere. these people are scammers. i paid these people 270 dollars to fix my iPhone XS max because my back glass was cracked and my phone kept turning on and off. they had my phone since Thursday evening because they said they needed to diagnose what was wrong with it. come Monday 8/03/2020 they call me and price me 299 with discount i paid 270 and that it was ready. i get the phone and its still doing the exact same thing and plus the keyboard does not work well nor the screen. they returned the phone worse. Please believe the comments. this was the one on san pedro. the only positive things from this is lizz the lady working up front is nice and respectful. too bad she has to listen the customers rant over whoever pretends to fix phones. DR phones is a joke!!!!! im surprised yall havent gotten sued or shutdown. yall should saty to fixing cracked screens and not lie to people about knowing how to fix harder issues.

This company over promised and under delivered! I was told that I had a 90 day warranty if they could not fix my phone, but when they failed to fix my phone I only received a partial refund. They took nearly two weeks to tell me that the phone could not be repaired. Im very dissatisfied with the overall experience and I would not recommend this business because of their practices.

These people are the LLC behind Jill N Jacks.com which is garbage. I ordered from their site 6 weeks ago and have not recieved my item yet. Ive emailed the support just to get the same copy and pasted message. They give you a phony tracking number for USPS when in reality they are based on China. After doing a little digging I found that Zivash Ventures runs the site and Dr Phonez. Shady as hell, and I would stay away.

Came in the store today to look around and get a glass screen protector. Lizzy helped me. She was so uplifting with energy and knows how to put on a screen protector. I most definitely make this location my go to for all iPhone Accessories and crack screens.

Warning this place is very shady in business! I would never recommend this store to any of my family or friends. If you decide to come here even after reading my review then you were warned. I bought a so called new phone in box, turns out it was used and had a SIM card still inside. I was told it was unlocked it was not hints why I took it back. Then they refused to give me a refund. Not sure where in the world this is ok but sure as hell would never do that to anyone. Even after speaking with the manager he still refused to give me a refund. I would never buy a device from here again. I suggest you don’t either.

I’ve had my phone fixed here twice. Both times great experience. Sevice is great and professional. Also waiting area is comfy. They even have a phone for you to use while yours is being fixed. They always have some kind of discount online. My go to place is here for screen repair. I’m picky AF about repairing my phones but I trust they’ll do the job.

I was greeted with a great smile.The two females at the counter told me my phone would be fixed in one hour and a half. I was over joyed by there speedy service. I dont know what I would have done without Dr. Phonez. I recommend anyone with a cell phone tech issue go to Dr. Phonez for fast reliable and most important friendly service!!!!!
