Great place I definitely recommend 10/10 been coming here for awhile everytime my phone breaks the owner was a cool guy and always made conversation when the phone was getting fixed I definitely would come back heck been here 4 times already,.

They told me $100 for screen replacement on a txt I come from other side of town just for them to not honor the price they gave me. I just wasted time n gas .not professional at all guy made it seem like it was my fault it was that price. HEADS UP EVERYONE .

I stopped by today to get my iPhone 6s Plus battery replaced to a new one and they only took like 10 mins and my battery has been working great ever since then. They showed me my old battery once they were done. Their prices are very competitive, I paid much less than I would of at any other repair store. I would recommend.

I rarely leave bad reviews. I went in today to get the back glass of my Samsung changed and when I get to my car I notice that my Power button is not working. I went right back in and the employees tell me that they do not go near the power button and it couldnt have been them. Also mentioned that they would not be able to take the backing off since it was already put on. Now I cannot power my phone, or screenshot anything. Very disappointed with the work. I would not recommend this shop.

Low quality products. Went to get get my phone screen replaced here and they put a screen on that was not compatible with polarized sunglasses. I was not able to see what was on my phone screen unless I turned it 90 degrees. You are better off going to geek squad and paying the extra five bucks for better phone repairs.

Worst screen repair ever, i wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Just fixed my phone less then 2 days ago & the screen went black. I would not trust them with a screen repair ever again. I should of looked at the reviews before i came to this place. The manager lacked in customer service experience and was rude! When i asked to speak to the owner she “claimed” he wasn’t there. & magically appeared when she couldnt make up any more accusations. Do not trust them with any of your phone needs!!!!

I dont like to let bad reviews but is important that people be aware when bring their phones to fix the screens in this place, my experience is they put me a screen that you can tell was used or cheaper cause doesnt work the same day they gave me my ph, so I came back under their warranty and they ordered another one, doesnt work well neither but I get tired after 3 weeks waiting for. If you read the reviews am not the only one with this experience, I believe when bussiness put attention to the reviews always can do things better cause our intention is not offend but encourage them to improve their service.

YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!!Mike is the owner and he has his friend selling phones out the back so you never know what phone your actually getting and in what condition . Also he is not a man of his word if he was a man at all in the first place. He will say one thing and not back it up then have you talk to his rude wife until she hangs up on you. Please do not waste your money here it’s a storage unit, it looks shady and is shady.

Quick and reliable.. been to him before for shattering my screen.. Im hard headed and dont use a phone case for my iPhone.. but this last time My volume and power buttons werent working properly after I cracked and wet my screen.. He was able to fix the issue and the screen less than 30 minutes.. definitely recommend going to him for any phone issues.. and prices are reliable

Broke my IPhone XS screen! Found Michael on Facebook market, asked him a lot of questions he made sure to answer them even if they were dumb lol. This place is a scam. Paid 250 for a phone screen for iPhone XR and it got water damage within a month. Phone unusable.Asked if I could use my warranty for repair and was told by owner that “I can’t do nothing for you it’s common sense that your phone is not waterproof after a repair”. Don’t waste your time here go to a place who really knows how to fix your investment.

I wasn’t aware iPhone X is ONLY water resistant, NOT water proof. I was desperate to recover my phone and didn’t have money acquire a new one. As soon as I came in, young man listened to my concerns and calmly told me “I gotcha, give me 10 minutes”. He took care of me and I had my phone working back in no time.

My girlfriend took her iphone to this place and wanted a repair done for a cracked screen. After repair the phone did not turn on! She was rushed to pay, and the phone never powered on. When she contacted the gentleman working there she was told it was possible her battery was damaged. The phone powered on before the repair. Another phone tech showed me how he had damaged the ribbon to the charging port. Never take your iPhone to these guys if you want your phone fixed correctly.

I went thw to get the screen fixed on my iPhone 6s Plus. Later that day I went to use my home button and it wouldnt work. I messaged them and they said that my home button was damaged my screen broke. I ended up taking my phone to Mobile Geeks. There they told me dot the platelets in my phone and screws when missing there was nothing wrong with my home button and it works perfectly fine thanks to the Geeks. Do not go to them. They are not trustworthy, and they are scammers.
