I went in there to get my phone fixed two days ago. The chick that was there said that it was going to take half an hour to fix it. NOPE. It ended up taking her almost THREE HOURS to get it fixed. To top it all off, she completely screwed up my Home button on my phone. Now I have to get THAT fixed. I’ve read other reviews and apparently a lot of people have had the same issues with this chick. I don’t have anything good to say about her or this store. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Vic was very upfront and honest ! Please understand they take all the right steps in order to make a fast reliable repair. Leave it up these professionals they will do there very best to help when you need it the most!

Took my 6s Plus here to get my screen + ICD fixed. He charged 76 for my screen and ICD. He said i’d take about 20 minutes, we came back in 15 and he was finished! He also asked us if we wanted a screen protector for an additional 10 dollars. We’re definitely coming back here soon to get my phone fixed again, definitely recommend it here.

Worst experience ever. The woman who touched my phone was just stupid, there’s nothing nicer I can say. She said it would take 30 mins we waited an hour and a half. She said the phone was bent and she’s not able to seal the screen. We also needed to get the camera fixed and she said she couldn’t. We accepted the answer and went down to someone else to get a second look and the camera fixed. This idiot didn’t put all the parts for the screen on and put some parts upside down, which is why the phone wouldn’t close!! Then we went back and tried to get the parts and she called US stupid that we didn’t know what we were talking about. WHAT????!!!! The guy we went to fixed it and even gave us a discount because your employees don’t know what they are doing!!! Don’t trust these people with your devices! They’ll just try to sell you a used one!

I bought a pair of earbuds for $30, I come home only to find the box to be tampered with and empty. I have been trying to work with them and getting my money back but they have been nothing but rude and not helpful. Would not recommend!!

They are terrible. I took my iPad in for a screen replacement. When I picked up my iPad the home button no longer worked. There was nothing wrong with the home button when I dropped it off. Vic refused to repair the home button he broke and said that it would cost an additional $50-$90 to fix it. I plan to sue them for the repair of the cost of a new iPad. Do not get anything repaired by them.
