I dropped by after finding this store on Google, needing help with my laptop. The gentleman I spoke with was able to take care of my issue, and even facilitated a battery swap I was planning to do myself, quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this business for laptop repair/service.

10/10. If you’re looking for a repair shop for any of your electronics, this is the place. I came in with an intermittent problem and dealt directly with the owner the entire time. I had my PC back working perfectly in less than 2 days and the majority of that time was spent on trying to recreate the problem. Very professional, very knowledgeable, gave great explanations about what was going on and what had happened, and fair pricing. I will be going here and referring all my friends in the future.

This place is amazing great service with a fast turn around. It seemed like I had just dropped off my laptop, then got a call to come pick it up. I brought in another laptop when I returned, they were able to recover all my old content and actually upgraded the hard drive. My old laptop is crazy fast and even more reliable then my newer laptop. I’m very pleased with the service I received. I took my computer to know if something could be done to get it up to date with the latest software updates and get it back to the speed it was when new before buying another one. Emmanuel was able to help me and explain to to me what he could do to the computer and assured me that this would be a better option than buying an inexpensive new computer. He was very knowledge and patient explaining the steps to make the computer run again as if it was new again. The service provided was very affordable with a quick turn around. I bought a used laptop, which was missing screws to secure a secondary SSD. Ive had a lot of trouble resolving this issue until I stopped by San Antech. They had everything I needed and more. I highly recommend.

I went to San Antech with the hopes of fixing my faulty laptop battery and slow speed, however, what I got in return was so much more. San Antech found the problem, fixed it in a matter of days and gave me a reasonable quote. When I took the laptop home and realized it wasnt properly calibrated, they took the laptop in at no additional cost, made sure it was properly calibrated and fixed the problem quickly. I bought a cellphone here and the price was amazing the phone its in really good condition, I recommend this place if you want to get a refurbish computer or cellphone, amazing!

I’ve had better customer experiences in the past.I took my gaming pc due to a concerning noise inside the desktop. They cleaned it and delivered to me on the same day, I was absolutely impressed. However they wouldn’t even offer to test the pc in front of me, to make sure everything was right. When I got home the noise was still there, not as loud as before but it was still there, I was charged with over $100 to clean it yet when I opened it there was dust inside, nothing crazy but pretty visibly. Also, the fans weren’t working. I contacted them and again I spoke with the receptionist which by the way I had cero problems with her, she was really kind. She tried to assist and offered me to bring the computer in the next day. That’s what I did. The next day I saw the receptionist and she took in the computer. At the end of the day I picked up the pc and asked to speak with the technician, however he declined. I tested the pc with the receptionist and the noise was still there, not as loud as before but still concerning. At this point I decided it was the best for me to take my business elsewhere.The tech guy who I never saw seemed to have cleaned my pc, which was great, but it seems like he never went above and beyond to research more about my original concern.Again the reception was really nice, kind and helpful; however the tech guy wouldn’t even give me 5 minutes of his time to talk to me. I asked multiple times to speak with him, I know multiple languages, even Spanish, and I said that just in case that was the issue, I just wanted to speak with him for less than five minutes about the remaining noise. The receptionist kindly informed me he was busy, but I never saw him or interacted with him in any way, which leaves room for a lot of improvement.At the end of the day I have a clean desktop pc which was over $100 but still with the original issue on going.I am not saying this is the worst place, but it was definitely not the best experience and I hope they can improve on this.

The owner is very honest and helpful. He fixed my bent USB port corner in just few minutes. And now it works perfect! He also showed and advised me about how it would be so much easier to use a USB C multi port adapter to use for my laptop that has only a single USB 3.0 port. Im a student and I was struggling with this problem for weeks at school. I was worried, that the repair would be too expensive. But he didnt charge me anything! Brought in an iPad mini with a stuck home key. Was initially told it could be fixed in 24 hours. This stretched into several days. Then they had to send it out to a specialist. Finally after two weeks it came back unfixed. Although I was not charged for any of the repair efforts, I was led to believe that the problem was solved and not until going in to pick it up did we discover that the repair was beyond their capability. Throughout the process I was not kept appraised and promised calls were not returned. I cannot fault their efforts, only the lack of communication and the false impression they gave that the problem could be fixed.

I wouldnt waste your time nor money at this place. I went into this place having problems with my laptop, and they told me that I have viruses and that it would cost me $130 plus tax to fix it. I paid the money and not even 4 days later I was having the same problem. So I took it back in they supposably fixed it again, but the same problem persists so I took it back in one more time and they told me that they would have to clean it again and it would cost me another 130.00 to fix it. I know I dont have viruses I never even hooked the computer up to to the internet or installed anything on it. A total waste of time and money.
