We had the best experience at this location. The salesman was extremely patient, helpful, and as quick as could be with many customers he had to help at once. He even stayed late past closing to continue making sure we received the best service and that our phones were complete before leaving. We will only be coming back to this location for any phone needs in the future!

Marco M. provided the most patient, professional & impeccable customer service via a near 40min phone call from myself & my husband. He remained courteous throughout the call, even when I became frustrated & voiced my irritation. He offered the best solution(s) to our inquiry, practiced such smooth due diligence & sent me the paperwork I was in need of promptly via email/text. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Marco. You guys are great! I came in to replace my screen protector and they did it free of charge and didnt hassle me even though I didnt buy it from that particular store. They looked at my account saved me a few bucks removing services I didnt need. Plus they did my upgrade from iPhone to a Samsung flip. They were honest and upfront about costs and time lines. Greats store!

Derek was the most knowledgeable and informative person we have ever come across. He was easy going and had all the facts. My wife asks a ton of questions but, he was patient and had all the answers and made our day with all the upgrades. We came in for 2 phone upgrades but we left with 2 new iPhones and 2 new iPads!! Dylan was awesome. He showed me the features of the new phone Id selected. He transferred all my data from the old to the new. He put on my screen saver and case. Then he gave me his business card with his cell phone number on it and he let me know I could call him with any questions or problems I encountered. Great service.

My experience in the Verizon store was literally the best phone store experience I’ve received. As a young adult Dylan did an excellent job showing me any promos that was going on and helping me break down my plans to the nitty gritty. I’m sure anytime I have questions or need help, I’ll make sure to stop by!
