They are very polite I called and and they checked on an item to make sure that they had it so I wouldnt waste a trip when I got there it took a matter of one minute to find the item because they are so organized. Highly recommended for your vape and smoking needs great glass work.

When I go to Hazel Sky what I go to buy they always have it in stock. Customer service is super and very friendly. The vibe in the store is so relaxed and the place is always very clean.

Pros: Very clean store, well staffed, friendly folks there, lots of products and easily viewable, rewards program with your phone number.Cons: Prices are higher, store hours, Delta 8 (either local or in house made) is not worth the money at all, and phone calls go unanswered even when you are in the parking lot (I did finally go in to ask my questions and there were no customers).Overall it is a great place to ask questions if you get the right associate, those on cloud 9 do not help much with information. And if you can’t find what you’re looking for near by but expect to pay more for the same product.

Nice to see Hazel Sky out here. Contrary to what the owner says, prices are a little bit high. My only complaint is that there needs to be a little bit of uniformity in policies. Literally the one time I forgot my wallet, I was carded. First time in half a dozen visits. I applaud the effort, but being 45... Evidenced by all the gray in my beard, I am easily nowhere near 21 anymore. Unfortunately. The timing was definitely off, and Im sure it wont affect anything in the grand scheme of things, but I unfortunately wont be back.

I walked in to buy a puff and a gentleman named Salam helped me. The man knew ever feature on every product. Everything I asked he knew the answer too and even told me more features. Nice gentleman, the customer service deserves 6 star. #rosin

Made a call to check if they had my liquid in stock, flavor, brand, mg, and they double checks to see if they had it. Had my birthday 10$ credit. Only place I go for my vape products. I have a best friend who has suffered with crippling pain in her spine, hips and lumbar region. She can barely walk. She is on strong pain meds and she is suppose to take them every six hours. Most of the time she cannot go the full six hours as the pain becomes too much for her. She doesnt want to be doped up on meds. She recently visited Hazels Sky Smoke & Vape #3 and spoke to a young man named Chris. She explained her situation and he was so helpful and made her feel very special . She ended up purchasing CBD oil. She was very, very pleased with the results. When she ran out...she called Chris to ask if there happen to be anything stronger...and he recommended an oil with higher CBD content. She cannot drive so she sent her husband and friend to go pick it up. We were a bit skeptical as the cost seemed much lower than we had paid at other stores before we found Hazels. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed at the cleanliness of the store. As we approached the counter, we were greeted by Stephen. We said we were here to pick up an order from Chris. Chris heard us and walked over to greet us. He explained the product and gave us dosing information. I asked Stephen why this unnamed other place was charging more ...as i wanted to make sure we were getting a quality product. Stephen explained the difference between CBD shops and smoke shops and how pricing can often be different. As we were talking..Kiki came forward and spoke about the awesome quality of the product we were purchasing.These three employees were impeccable. Their professionalism was stellar. Their knowledge of the products and industry absolutely exceeded all our expectations. The customer service provided by Chris, Stephen and Kiki was outstanding. Awesome people and service

Bought an item, they charged me $60. I took it home, and underneath the box is a tag marked with the price, $39.99. They have no idea what they are doing there. I don’t recommend this place unless you’re okay with paying whatever price they decide to charge you that day.

I suffer from severe anxiety. A co-worker suggested I go to Hazel Sky. She even wrote down what I should try. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and answered all my questions. I do appreciate that. However due to the traffic in that area and me being out of my comfort zone my anxiety had my hands shaking and me stuttering. When her co-worker and her made bird calls to each other I could only assume they were making fun of me (since I was the only customer there). Im sure not everyone that goes into the store with the shakes is a tweeker. Some of us really do have anxiety and are desperately looking for something to help us live a normal life. Anyway I hope this stuff works. Joel

At first, they seem like real cool people, show professionalism, and sell decent products. But a few days after my third purchase or so, I noticed that the product was defective and they wouldnt help at all. He even showed me what it was suppose to look and operate like, but wouldnt blink an eye at what he actually sold me instead. Turned into a waste of money when I normally wouldnt spend as much.Theyve lost my business and any friend or family I can get the word out to.

I love this place the staff is really friendly!!!! The only thing I wish is that they would have SVRF Satisfying in the 6, in it by far my favorites bit the staff is very helpful with helping find other great flavors😊 it is the only shop I go to and am up there at least once a week.

Husband and I came in to replace his coil since he forgot his back in Houston. Not a single acknowledgment after we came in. Not a hello how are you, be right with you or even a get rekt. 4-5 children under 12 (some in the 4-6year old range!) were plaguing the lobby and the entire staff was just incredibly unprofessional. We travel frequently and will NOT be back. Another place down the street was incredibly helpful and we even purchased more than just coils and TIPPED them for their can do attitude.PS - If your sign and the LAW states no one under 21....obey it. End of story.

Love Hazelsky, its the only smoke and vape shop that myself and my friends use. Been going for years and have enjoyed watching them grow and expand. If you want the absolute best experience, the location on Fredericksburg and Callaghan is the best and always has been! Either way team Hazel, keep up the work!
