Pretty good inventory for such a small shop. Helpful employees who really know games and supplies. Still not the greatest discounts or used item stocked, but anyone can find something for their game system.

Be careful when making purchases at this GameStop location. They charged me $15 for something I didn’t ask for.

It really just depends whos working GameStop especially this location and a couple others have become lets see what we can sell you they dont really care what you need some employees are very dedicated to their job and love what they do and want to help and other people are just there to sell you what they can sell you and move you out and on to the next customer so its split 50-50 in my opinion the store is always clean theyre usually friendly sometimes theyre a little bit Snappy but for the most part overall I would definitely say its a three star their customer service could be a little bit better on the way they treat customers and the passion for what they do but thats just my opinion

Prices are higher, plus you pay tax, and the rate they buy games is trash.. they wanted to pay me $2 a game. I got more at a pawn shop.

I wouldn’t expect this from a GameStop on base but unfortunately the two employees there showed horrible customer service. I walked two miles to this GameStop to try to buy a game before it closed and with ten minutes to spare I get there. Once I arrived, the gate was half way closed but open enough so that someone can walk through. I proceeded to enter and the employees said they were closed. Mind you the hours of operation that they close is 1900 and I arrived at 1850! I went on to tell them that I just wanted to purchase a game and I already knew what I wanted, so I wasn’t going to waste their time since they were in a rush to close the store before it was supposed to be closed. They employees still told me that they were closed! I was beyond upset and walked away! I found their service to be very unprofessional. Never going back again and I’m recommending to the other airmen around me to not go as well. The BX will get my service instead!

I have tried so hard to give this store the benefit of the doubt but everytine i try to shop there the lady manager is rude as heck, i never got a call about my reserves and when i wwnt in i was told it is delisted now and they didnt have any anywhere. Youre better off shopping at amazon. Let gamestop die.

Last time I was there, the guy who works there charged me for the warranty without asking me. Its only a dollar, but its trashy. A way to up his numbers. I might not have noticed, but he told me Youre getting the warranty blah blah blah as if it was a gift or something lol. Hipster looking guy with glasses. I wouldve reported him, but I left my receipt on the counter when I walked back in to call him on it. Check what youre paying for before you pay at this store, because you have to consider if the one guy is doing it, the others at least know hes doing it. And if theyre condoning it, they probably do it too.

This store has issues... Bad customer service and rude individuals. I went in on tuesday and ask if they had a certain game. Without even checking they said i cant have it as i did not pre order. I understand the whole concept of pre order, but the individual did not even check for any extras. Dont waste your time just go to lackland BX. They lost an easy $100.

Ridiculous. These guys work on a military base, however they treat us military with no respect at all. No greetings. They look like your bothering them when you ask for help.

Website says they open at 900 am on a Sunday but they really open at 10:00 am. its really a small store compare to any other gamestop.
