Fantastic place to stock up on your animals needs. I walked in looking to buy cat and dog food and I didnt know what to get. They have a huge variation of both foods. A staff member realized I needed help and asked me questions about my pets to narrow the selection down. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I walked in today and asked a series of questions about the seeds they sell in bulk. The guy was informative that was assisting me. However a female chuckled at my questions rudely. I dont think that customer service is funny and that other employees should interrupt when another one is trying to do their best at assisting other customers. Otherwise I would have gave this place five stars. Perhaps the manager should talk to that female not to laugh at customers questions and be respectful to the General Public

Even if you only have cats or dogs, they carry some harder to find foods and also toys from mom & pop companies. There’s so much packed into this place for all kinds of animals and pets, along with decorative lawn items, and lawn care supplies. Staff are always friendly. Prices on cat and dog toys are competitive (even when you compare to Amazon), our dog always ends up walking out with a couple of things when we visit. They also have things like collars, leashes, and cat houses.

Great feed store with wide selection for dogs, cats, chickens, pet birds and hooved livestock. I was particularly impressed with their bulk feed options and bird toys for parrots. Quality baby chicks when theyve got them and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

They have a wide variety of horse feeds. They also carry a difficult to find special needs feed I need for my senior horse. Safe Choice Special Care. I like that I can buy before making the drive. Hate getting to a feed store and finding they are sold out of what I need.

So I have to say that I have never had a problem before this yr started. In January I bought something from here and the price was off but only by 50 cents so I didnt think anything of it. This time I went and 2 of the items I purchased were off by a lot. They price tag on my cream said 9.99 and the lady at the register said of no its 17.00. She pulled the tag off before I could get a photo of it. The 2nd was this toy. As you can see the price was off and when I called. I was told I would get a call back and never did. Looks like I will have to order my things online from now on.

Ive given them a positive review before however recently went and asked to buy.penicillin which I badly needed and the.lady WITHOUT even.looking for.it,told me we dont sell that! Another.employee overheard and.immediately told.her that they did.carry it showed her.the register! Thankfully the younger male employee was very attentive and knowledge about their products .I saw her go way to the back to retrieve it because its refrigerated, maybe she just didnt want to walk that far to get it.

From your tiniest family member to the largest, this place pretty much has what you need. Since I visited during the Covid-19 they had a back log on baby chicks and baby ducks, they were so helpful to provide information on who to contact to see if they are able to deliver by postal services, and was able to get other informations that many pet stores do not know how to answer the questions.

There are experts who really know what their talking about, and are passionate about what they do. Had to speak with The Poultry Guy because my mom and I were in a panic about one of our chickens losing their feathers. We found out she is just molting. He put our mind at ease. They have so much fun things to look at throughout the store. Its fun walking around, and they even have a bulk section.

A little on the pricey side but still my go-to place for my dogs treats like ham bones and rawhides. She is especially fond of the turkey tails those will keep her busy for hours. The folks here are great. Of they dont have something they will order it for you. You may pay a fee dollars more for some things but I really thing having a knowledgeable person to work with is ok by me.

They have everything for your dog and cat, from water fountains, to food and snacks, to collars. They have deer corn, unique birthday cards, and a doc for your dog or cat on certain Saturdays from noon to 5:00. Call to confirm times and dates. You need to check them out.

Have been going here for over 15 years. Buy all bird seed here, regular mix, black sunflower and thistle seed and they are happy with their prices. Also, if you have any questions about anything (they sell tons of different things here) they will help you.
