Waiting patiently for the work to begin, but when Rudy came out to give me an estimate he was extremely professional and personal. He gave me a fair quote and we are looking forward to having the kitchen remodeled, along with new flooring and painting of the entire kitchen/dining area. In the meantime, Rudy helped me get a DIY project completed by sending a tile person over to finish a fireplace I had started on my own. I love how it turned out!

I called Structure Builders after having a conversation with one of their employees (Tony) at a gas pump. Tony was driving a company truck while pumping gas. I read the side of the truck and asked about a deck I wanted built on my property. Tony spoke highly of the company he worked for. He answered a few of my questions and told me to give them a call. I was impressed with this mans enthusiasm and pride that he showed for the company he worked for. I called Rudy and scheduled an estimate. Rudy arrived at my home on time and as agreed. I appreciate it very much when someone is punctual. I told Rudy how much I was impressed with the conversation I had with his employee. Rudy told me hes been in business for many years and regularly gives back to the community through scholarships. I made up my mind right then and there that this was going to be the company I hired to build my deck. The work started a little late because of the weather we were having but once they started they made significant progress everyday. I especially like the online portal that allowed for payment of services. The deck was completed on schedule and Rudy even added a little extra at no charge. My eighty year old mother lives with me, she recently had a stroke. Rudy added hand rails to my deck so that Mom could walk the perimeter while holding the handrails. The workers that showed up to do the job were polite and respectful. I watched them work in the heat via my security cameras. Everyday they would clean up their work area before leaving for the day. I get many compliments on the deck and most importantly Mom loves it! Thank you to you Mr Rudy Paiz and your team of professionals for a job well done. Structure Builders built a 24x12 screen porch and a 16x12 covered patio and installed French doors. Rudy and his team were outstanding all the way through the project. My wife and I had been want to do this project since moving to Texas. Talked to many contractors over a two year period. Found Rudy and the wait paid off. Rudy and his crew are professional in every way. They are meticulous in their work and didnt hesitate to change or re-do details that we werent happy with. Their objective was not just to complete the job, but to ensure we are completely happy with the job at the end of the day. Rudy has done a fantastic job with our 2nd floor addition! His work is structurally sound and had it inspected by a certified engineer. My husband is a code enforcement officer for the City, and has seen how the work is first rate! Also the pricing is extremely reasonable! He has also installed our crown molding and hardwood floor, over 2000 square feet. Looks and feels great! No scratches! 5 Stars is not enough. I needed a lot of work done to sell my house. Old wood Replace and the whole house painted. Front porch entrance had uneven Decorative braces that he replaced with cedar and made all the differences in the world. My fence was replaced and gates made sturdy with hinges that I could lock on either side. Jose, Cocoa, and Tony where great guys the did excellent work. My house looks brand new with the work they did. I would defiantly recommend them for any building or remolding job.

My husband contracted with StructureBuilders to do some exterior painting. We had to wait a bit because of rain, but once the job was begun, the excellent painters did a meticulous job, prepping, and caulking, then painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work that was done for us.

The person answering the phones was very nice. They were able to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. The guy that came to my house was very knowledgeable and answered all my and my husbands questions. Work took a little while to start but they let me know ahead of time before we signed the contract. The final outcome is more than we expected. We will definitely recommend Structure Builders for any one looking for remodling.

After having plenty of headaches with remodeling contractors in San Antonio, I was lucky to find Structure Builders. I hired Rudy and his team to add a covered porch off the back of my home and the entire process went exactly as it should. His carpenters clearly knew what they were doing and recommended some simple upgrades to my design. They showed up everyday and often worked until dark. Best of all, their bid was more affordable than most others and there was no wrangling over unexpected costs along the way. I told him I was ready to begin the project. When I inquired with ref to the estimated cost of the project he replied that someone would call with the info. Nobody did. The end.

Contacted Structure Builders due to good reviews on another site. Met with Rudy Paiz, who was very knowledgeable and professional. We wanted a garage addition with a flat rooftop patio. Where other contractors had said it would be impossible, Rudy said OF COURSE WE CAN DO IT!. Job turned out great with a fair price, and Rudy went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. Even when the requirements of the job evolved along the way, he worked with us to make our project exactly as we wanted, and didnt try to gouge us on the price for every little change. FAIL! Just getting them to show up for an appointment was a challenge. They stood me up on the first appointment. I set up an appointment for the following morning and they claim no one was home at the time of the appointment. As far as im concerned, if this is how they handle a prospective client then things will only get worse once they have my money.
