Ive done business with them since we bought our hot tub back in 2007. Its gone from bad to worse. Service is terrible and they charge to fix heat pump but when it doesnt work they charge more. In my opinion if they charged to fix it and it wasnt fixed properly they should come fix it properly rather than charging more and more and more.

I purchased my Hot Tub 8 months ago. Our sales man was very upfront about everything, he provided his honest opinion to all our questions and concerns. Most importantly he wasnt pushy with the sale. Our hot tub had to be special ordered, that took approx 6-8 weeks. As soon as it was at Saltwater, they called to schedule a delivery date. Delivery was smooth, 3 gentleman came to set up in location. A few days later another gentleman came to check everything to ensure it was working good, showed us how to properly maintain the Hot Tub. Overall, we received amazing service! I recommend this place to anyone that asks about our hot tub.

Customer service with this company is horrible. Why would you argue with someone over an issue without checking it out first. They are very difficult people to deal with and Bobbie is hard to get a hold of and she does not call back in a timely manner. I called and spoke to Bobbie about ordering a new hot tub cover. I originally bought the hot tub from them so they have our model number and tub style. I brought the cover home and put it on and it was too big by an inch and a half on two sides when we pushed it up snug on the other two sides. The new cover does not suction down properly like the old one. I called Bobbie back to tell her the cover was too big and she told me it is the correct cover and that it fits. I gave her the information off the tag of the old cover and the new one. I asked if she could send someone out to look at it since it doesnt fit she said she could for a charge of $117.00 and said if we bring the cover back there would be a 25% restocking fee. I just dont understand how they can charge us all these fees if the cover does not fit and they havent come to look at it. We have an original cover from them and it fits fine but now when we are trying to replace it they are giving us such a hard time. Do not deal with these incompetent people.... you will be disappointed too.

Months ago it was cold and rainy and I was short for my bus after about an hour or so I gave up thats when I walked in to this place and asked to use the phone with no answer I called again and the answer was still not there so I choked up my pride and asked a wonderful young lady Named Karen if maybe she could spare some bus fare she said she only had 50 cents I was so greatful that not only did she help me but that driver allowed me to ride with only that 50cents. Thank you so much Karen and your heart is why I stopped by today to give you that note StatingWhen NoBody Else Would You Did,When it comes to our faith and helping others When Noone Else Would Jesus Did!!! Take that small gift and do as you wish with it but keep Jesus in your heart! God Bless You Sweet Lady
