Extremely clean. Very friendly people. Delicious ice cream.We were visiting from out of town and we had a craving for some ice cream. We googled palateria and Google maps led us here. There was a good selection of treats and everyone was quite satisfied. This is a traditional Mexican palateria from what I know one to be. It was impressively clean and organized inside this business. We plan to visit again when we return soon. We plan to try some of their food options, not just the ice cream next time. The location is in a small strip of store fronts.

Very delicious. I tried a banana split and loved all the flavors, especially the gansito one. It is something I have never seen before and I loved it. I definitely recommend this place.

Ordered a melon aqua and nachos. Due to the pandemic I should have read the sign to call and place an order, but it says no mask no service so of course i reached for the door to go in. My nacho cheese was cold, i asked for another and i received the same bowl just with hot chesse on top. Thanks

The icecream was so delicious!! When my friends told me they do their own paletas, i believed it when I took a bite of the strawberry paleta...real fruit and alot of it.

Its good but not like very or delicious, very sweet and they use lot of artificial color,and kind of expensive, but definitely better than most of the places we have been, still a good option, my favorite place still is arandas helados, those are delicious

Pretty upset got there 5 min till closing and they refuse to make me strawberries and cream open sign was on & more customers were also coming in. The ladies said there only selling the ice creams pops. Sucks that am pregnant and just got left with my cravings

To expensive😣 its not that good and worth spending $. well hot Cheetos with cheese over $5.00 thats what i thought was expensive your ice cream was ok but I tried homemade ice cream and its not as sweet maybe I should not compare with the ice cream from Guanajato,lol. Its ok..Dont worry doing good not everyone has to like everything.

Soooo many flavors to choose from, had a choice between milk based & water based for folks that cant handle milk. We traveled 30 mins to try it out. Very clean seating area and very friendly staff. We went prepared with an ice chest so we could bring some home. We will definitely be going back.

The ice cream is delicious the flavors include rompope which is one of my favorites. There is a sitting area and their customer service is excellent.

Everything here is delicious and the service is always great. The paletas are refreshing and they have a wide variety. My favorite things there are the fresas con crema and the cheesecake icecream!! Theyre a must try. Everything Ive tried so far has been fantastic!

Very bad experience today and the bad thing is the same owner of the business that is so arrogant. When the business was just starting, the lady was very friendly and now the truth seemed very unpleasant for her attitude to Asia lls clients, not only in my case I noticed how she was serving more clients and the truth seemed to me very bad, the quality of the products they sell there are very good and the attitude of the workers also very good. But the lady k bad the truth, very bad experience

This place I love the ice creams, they are delicious, it is always very clean, the only thing that I see badly is that they do not let you choose the flavors that you want, they only let you choose 3 flavors per large ice cream and there are so many flavors that oh and one would like to try more three flavors to be able to decide which one is your favorite.I love the palettes and the working wings smiled a little more please 😉Oh and finally, do not fight with the customers in the middle of the hall, it looks very bad and they make us feel uncomfortable.
