I have used Owens for 20+ years for lawn mower repair, small engine tool repairs.I bought my Echo weed trimmer from Mr Owen. I had some difficulty (my fault, not mechanically knowledgeable) operating and loading properly. My questions were answered with patience ( and kindness hahaha) and he also did little fixes free of charge when I didnt quite know how to put the pre-cut cutting string in place.I recommend Owens whenever I can help neighbors and friends.
