Nick was very helpful in the process of us investing in one of the massage chairs. He listened to our concerns as we explained where our trouble spots in our back were. He was very patient with us in explaining how the payments are made. When our chair was delivered, he took the time to explain how the remote worked over the phone. Very happy with our chair and Nicks excellent customer service!!
