This was honestly an amazing experience. It was really straightforward you walk in, apply for the $40 and if you qualify the first time great, if not they have two more companies to try. I only had a small car and Tim was more than happy to wait and just talk for almost an hour and a half or so before my brother was able to get out of work. Tim and Chris are both genuine and nice guys, they help you out in any way that they can. 10/10 would most definitely recommend anyone to Mattress by Appointment.

The guy who helped me purchase my mattress, Tim, was very informative and helped me pick out a great mattress I continue to sleep on. He let me take my time as far as choosing what I wanted and was able to meet up with me at a time convenient for both of us.

This is the place to go for new mattresses!! The owner, Tim, is friendly and easy going. Absolutely NO pressure to buy or pushy salesman nonsense. He sets up an appointment to meet you at his shop and offers a variety of prices and styles that can’t be beat. I was a little skeptical in the beginning because this isn’t a traditional way of buying mattresses on a showroom floor. However, since he doesn’t have a huge overhead, he can sell you brand new mattresses at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. If you’re tight on cash, he has other payment options too. I own an AirBnB and I will definitely go back to visit Tim for all my matress needs!!

I was new to the whole idea of scheduling an appointment to buy a mattress versus just walking in a show floor store and picking one. However, the store owners actually seemed more attentive and understanding of what my mattress needs were rather than attempting to push the newest mattress on me. They promptly met me at my scheduled appointment time and were professional, efficient, and more importantly quick in surpassing my mattress needs. If Im ever in the need of a mattress again I will DEFINITELY be returning.
