If you’re looking for great service, shipping and most importantly quality, this is the place to go.I loved my new rug and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Bobby, along with the owner, provided excellent customer service when I had an issue with my very large rug. I would not hesitate to recommend the store to others, and will plan to return for cleaning services and new rug purchases.

I shopped for rugs in several places but could not find the colors that I wanted. I came upon the Rug Store saw a 9 by 12 I liked and bought it along with a pad. It was delivered quickly and packed in a roll so there were no folds. It’s beautiful. I love it’s softness and colors! Everyone was so helpful!

This store is Amazing! They have every kind of rug you can imagine! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to explain the different types of rug and what would be best for our lifestyle. We chose two rugs and they fit the decor perfectly! We will Definitely be going back!

This establishment has a very nice selection of rugs. At first I thought we were way out out of our price range but the manager, Bobby, was very informative and made us feel confident with our purchase.

I recently bought a rug at the rug store. They were very helpful. When I was paying I noticed they also clean rugs. I had an oriental rug That has been sitting up in my attic for about 15 years. It had quite a few pet stains on it. They cleaned it and it looks like new. I can not believe that they were able to get the stains out after so many years. They are amazing.

Bobby was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The rest of the team there was available to help and assist with anything I needed. They have GORGEOUS rugs and I highly recommend them!

Ive purchased two rugs in person and have had one cleaned. I cant complain; they have great service and a great selection. The rugs are a bit pricey but I knew exactly what I was getting instead of the few unpleasant surprises Ive had ordering from other online stores.

The Rug Store did a fabulous job in cleaning my 12’ x 15’ rug. It was in storage for a year and improperly rolled up by the movers which caused creases. I contacted The Rug Store and Bijan was very helpful! He took the time to call me to discuss options for trying to get the creases out. Ultimately we decided that it was due for a cleaning and that he would take extra steps in trying to get the creases out! Which it worked! So very greatly to him as this rug is very sentimental to me! His staff were all so kind and I highly recommend his company! Thank you Bijan and staff.

So many rugs to choose from with decent prices. The staff are very warm and welcoming. I found a nice rug for $50. There are of course more expensive rugs but they are beautiful!!

I ordered a beautiful rug from The Rug Store on IH-10 in San Antonio. I was given excellent service by Chris who works on the showroom floor. The rug came in quickly, and was promptly delivered to my home. I discovered, after the rug was delivered, that I had miscalculated the size rug I needed. With Chriss help, was able to exchange the rug for a larger size. Everyone in the store is very friendly and easy to work with. I am very happy with the rug and the service! Ive never been to such an impressive store until I went to The Rug Store. I saw the commercial on TV and had no idea such a store existed here in San Antonio & decided I would go & see what they had. When I walked in I couldnt believe how many rugs there were in stacks & hanging on racks. There were so many styles to choose from in every price range you could think of & you could tell the quality was far better than any other place that sells area rugs. All the staff was very friendly but after working with Chris, who was extremely knowledgeable & polite, I ended up buying an area rug for my dining room that Ive been meaning to get for years. Anyone who needs a rug should definitely go to The Rug Store, they have the best quality & prices Ive seen.

The Rug Store is the best, their knowledge on rugs is amazing. They helped me understand the origin of the rug I purchased in Afghanistan. They educated me on how to determine quality and evaluated my rug. I had them clean it because they did such a great job on my last rug. I will be taking all of my rugs to them!

This store has a lot of great choices and is spacious and well kept. Chris, our sales associate, was very helpful and we were able to browse many rugs before finding the right one. The staff were nice and not overbearing, they didnt follow us around or anything but were kind enough to answer our questions when needed. WOW. Talk about a rug store!! I was shocked by the amount of inventory they have. Kid you not, more than 30,000 rugs! So many great option. I felt like I was in Heaven! I pulled up a picture of a rug I had saved on my phone from Pinterest and they found something exactly like it! Needless to say, I walked out with 4 rugs! I defiantly recommend this store.

My one concern was would the rug shed. I was assured their rugs did not shed. I have to vacuum rug and floors daily, rug fuzz all the time.
