Customer service is no good. People are lazy just to give me a paper receipt. They dont explain themselves at all. Told me to look into my email for my confirmation #. I did it wasnt there. Went back. They told me to look into my spam. If he was a good worker he would of told me right then and there if its not in your email check your spam. Dont go to there store. Recommend harlingen stores. Lousy managers that seem in a hurry .
Cressa was very helpful. I had to get a new tablet to replace a defective one. I had purchased insurance and they gave me the money back to buy a replacement since they didnt have any of the kind I had available.
The Sales staff were super friendly and so helpful! We needed to change service and upgrade our phones and we left very satisfied! I’m so happy we left sprint, the service was horrible in store and just in general. Thank you AT&T!
