The purpose of the Express Pass is to pay for your prescriptions ahead of time and to be able to pick it up conveniently. Instead of using the pass presented to them, the store employee charged my mother for the prescription a second time and Walgreens does not have a process to refund my second payment so I have to wait till the pass expires in 6 days for my double payment to be returned to me. Paying twice for the my prescription is no big deal to them and I just need to wait patiently for their screw up to sort itself out. I will never use Walgreens to fill my prescriptions again. Id rather wait in line at Walmart than have my money held for a prescription Ive already pair for.
