Yasmin who helped me was so helpful and really knew her mattresses. She knew exactly which mattress matched me. And even didnt mind when I had to change the size. Very pleasant experience!!

Bought a platform bed frame and never even took it out of the box. Tried to return it and am getting a run around from the business saying they arent accepting returns due to covid. That is just them trying to make a bs excuse when I am able to enter the store as well as other customers so what kind of excuse is that! It was never opened! I want a refund and will be contacting the BBB if I continue to get the run around
