Im tired of them using a different card that shouldnt be on my profile. They intentionally do it on purpose to bill me for them calling to take payment by phone when it should be autopay to the most recent payment method. They will do whatever they can to get more money out of you. Very unprofessional!

My agreement first began at Mor Furniture Acceptance Now, last year without property notification I was transferred to Rent a Center (Highland). “Manager” Fabian ( store 2070 E. Highland SB) was rude when asked about my transfer from Mor Furniture . When I asked about my transfer he said he did not have my full contract however, he showed me the last page of my contract that he interpret if I am late on my payment they had the right to pick up my furniture . I told him per Mor contract if I am late I will be charged a $5 dollar fee. If you are trying to enforce your policy I need a new contract.He removed the contract from the counter and told me then “why do you want to see it if you have it.” If I missed a payment employees will be at my door the next day. I will sometimes call for an extension and the lady that took my call said“ well today is the last day, if not my boys will pick up the furniture tomorrow “. My “boys” wow Rent a Center!I believe Rent a A-Center should not display in there FAQ“Need a little help? No worries. If you ever need to make a late payment, simply contact the manager of your Rent-A-Center store on or before your scheduled renewal (payment) date — well be happy to work with you!”Rent a center does not work with you! Employees call you and they do not greet you over the phone. First question they ask you “I’m calling about your payment, when are you paying it .” Poor customer service. Employees try to force there own rules. Poor management, I will NEVER recommend anyone to Rent a Center in Highland. I don’t believe how they have a plaque at there store for best customer in 2016. Employees need training especially management . 0 STARS . Thank God I paid my contract In full.

Very bad service they were very nice when they wanted me to sign up but soon as we got into the contract and the payments going the staff became really rude the furniture is really cheap it broke they fix it twice and its broke again so now Im done with it. FONT RENT HERE . Dont know if the quality is any different but the Colton office has better staff.

Customer service was great then they changed management. Sold me a washer and dryer went through long complaint process they tried to fix issues for me but then once payed off they checked in for repair again and again refuse to swap out for working units emailI will never buy from them again you shouldnt either. Regional manager gets them to brush you off in the end.

THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY RACES AN DISCRIMINATE ON YU BECAUSE OF WHERE YU LIVE!! I CAME IN WITH ALL MY ITEMS I NEEDED BANK STATEMENTS, LEASE AGREEMENT, MONEY IN HAND AN WAS STILL TURNED AWAY DUE TO MY ZIP CODE!! WHAT A SHAME I COULD NOT GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE BECAUSE THE SAN BERNARDINO ONE IS HORRIBLE!!!

If I could rate this store a 0. I would. We didnt want our couch anymore. We told them to come pick up the product. Victor said no and they theyre going to report it to the bureau and report it stolen. Never in my life have I dealt with such horrible customer service. NEVER rent from them

They will start calling you the due date of payment. They call before you could shower to start your day. I think as soon as they unlock their doors the customer service representatives start hitting up customers.
