Horrible place to try & get a car from. Was told all I needed was my down payment & utility bill after doing all the paperwork came in a week later with money in hand & proof & JOANNE was very rude with poor customer service skills. She did everything in her power for the finance manager to not finance a car for me brought all my proof & waited hours just to be turned away due to discrimination. I will never refer anyone here & I don’t recommend anyone goes there they have false advertisement online & they pick & choose who they want to finance based off of looks. Will be reporting to the better business bureau.

I just bought a car from here and Johana was helpful, friendly and really made me feel at home. I would definitely purchase from her again. I did find out after I left that there is no owners manual in my car.I also only got one key :( Overall all I am happy just want to be completely honest in my review!!!! See you next time San Bernardino Nissan!!!!!
