This is the first time I am actually writing a review because I felt like this experience warrants it. I am sure everyone feels the same when I say that buying a car can be exciting, overwhelming and stressful all at the same time. I first met Dagan when I responded to an ad he had posted about a BMW that was for sale. A little background on myself, I had previously received an Auto convenience check from my bank (basically a blank check that I could write out up to X amount of dollars), loaned for a car that I thought I could just write up for any car that I liked. Well, I liked the BMW and proceeded until I found out that it was only used for franchised dealers. Heartbreaker. If it wouldve been that easy, this review would not be here.Long story short, I called my bank and surely there was a way to use said X amount loaned from my bank towards a non-franchised dealer, but it wasnt as easy as just cutting a blank check.Now heres the reason why I am actually writing this review. Nice cars come and go, but nice people do not. Dagan could not have been farther different than what you would expect out of your typical car salesman. He was incredibly patient with my situation and helped me along the whole process. From meeting me in OC on his day off coming from LA, all the way to dropping the car in front of my house. From the get-go, he was respectful, professional, understanding, and most important of all, honest.Buying a car can be stressful, but I wanted to take a moment to share with you how appreciative I am of Dagan, and how he made car buying a little less stressful for me.
