I was unable to find the product I was looking for on the shelves so I asked up front for help. After spending a few moments on the computer the boomer hippy employee told me the item was not in stock. I asked what would have happened if I used Order Now, Pickup in 30 Minutes at 305 South E Street 92401 on the NAPA app. Miraculously, there was suddenly six units in stock.Boomers have exhausted their usefulness as employees and are now liabilities to employers.
They werent friendly or helpful at all. When I finally got some help, he tells me thats all he has on the wall. I ask him about a part that im sure he has because the online page said that store had it. He was unknoledgeable on a part that is used by many many people. IJS
0 🌟 for this ridiculous store.This store make me wait 19 days already for 1 sensor, at the time of the sale, they told me 2 days, then after 9 days I went back, they change the argument saying it not will arrive in 2 days, but it already on the way to the store.Now, this guys saying shipment already came and the box was empty, was open in Rancho Cucamonga store and reported empty, now, they saying there is another sensor in the state of Maine, it will take 18 more days to arrive.This is ridiculous!!!!I told them not my fault, I am already waiting 19 days, so, send it overnight or express, guys saying it will cost me $84 moreEven this is their fault, now they not trying to cooperate with the shipping.Never again will spend 1 penny in Napa stores.Fernando was the sale agent at the first time.Photo doesnt show invoice # for security reason._____________________________On September 13 I went back to the store, now they saying will cooperate with the shipping.But, I have to wait for the Manager to call me on Tuesday 9/14/21.first thing in the morning, I dont receive any phone call, I Decided to call her, I spoke with her, she said, I am working on it, I will call you back in 1 hour. I called around 9am.If they help me to resolve this issue, I will delete this negative comment and rate them with 5 starts.I just want to get for what i am paying for.After waiting 4 hours, I decided to call the GM . Around 1:15pm.I spoke with her after few minutes waiting on the phone.She said, the part am looking for not available in other stores, but, she still looking for it.So, it not in the state of Maine, very curious 🤔.

Great products, but customer service is a bit less than what it used to be. Went in for a battery replacement and I asked if it was under warranty. I didnt have invoice under emergency situation and dont know if I even kept it from 3yrs ago. I asked if it could be at least pro-rated from the manufacturing date and they still said no.I remember having this exact same issue last time, and they in fact did pro-rate the battery for me last time.
Cool place too bad all the business around it are dead.

Store was pretty dirty. I have never seen it this bad. Also the shelves were not stocked at all. Oil rack was empty, same with antifreeze and tools. Dont know what has happened here at this store in San Bernardino.

Everyone was so helpful in troubleshooting some braking issues and finding replacement parts. Nancy was super nice and extremely helpful. The other two guys that were there were also very kind and willing to help. One of them was new there, but he seemed to know his stuff already. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants parts for their cars. Great job guys

Good parking. People are helpful and do what it takes to locate the part you need. Store is recently remodeled. Everything well displayed except the hardware racks. Panels are jammed together with no space to open panels to veiw anything except the. Very front items. If its there it is.impossible to see it or the label.

This place be playing games I thought all this time Napa was one of the best guess not we found out that last night when we got stranded in Lake Arrowhead then we have to go down to San Bernardino for the part and they took us to the loophole and then we ask for a new belt for the truck that got stranded and we actually told them that it had AC and then when we get back to put it on it dont even fit it for one that doesnt have AC but we was buying the actual AC unit but they still gave us the wrong serpentine belt
Love NAPA auto parts going to them for years have parts for new cars as well as the classics dont like auto zone or PEP BOYS theyre always out of what I need

Nancy is a clueless worker who lacks customer skills and knowledge. She shouldnt be working with peoole until she learns how to deal and listen to customers who are trying to educate her. She disrespects customers and gets offended when they treat there the same. It makes it worse when the manager Sergio enables her behavior.

Brought in a NAPA brand battery that was well within warranty. The store laughed at me and said they would test the battery and to come back hours later. I returned, they said yes the battery is defective, and that they would not honor the warranty.

Paid for a tool and they told me I would have to pick it up at will call in Ontario California at the distribution center. I was told it closed at 1900hrs. I got there and they were closed:. Actually closed at 1700. The distribution center had been closed for an hour and a half by the time I got there 👎
