I was disappointed that I had a product to return with a receipt and they would not expect it at this location because I purchased it from a different CosmoProf. So I had to go to Redlands instead of San Bernardino 😶

Lorenzo acts like a security guard dog. Demanding my information to verify my Cosmo card, after I showed him my key card. Just opening up my salon, so needing prices and info on a bunch a stuff and this guy was no help. I had to give him everything but my social security card so he would sit. He just didnt believe me. He said he would email the info by 430....... Nothing even after giving him all my contact info to prove who I was and a list of info I need. If he emails me Ill update this post. Ill avoid sanbernardino and go to redlands cosmo until then. Way more class.

I like Cosmo the staff is ready to help, however, they do not bother me while I try to shop.

This is a very clean and organized store and the staff is always so helpful and friendly.

I wish I can rate them 10 stars!!!! The staff are so sweet and beyond helpful. The Fontana location staff are so rude, ghetto, and horrible. But this San Bernardino location makes me want to be there and shop away! 👍🏼
