Same here I called guy picks up the phone pretends not to hear me and I called back and he just sends me to voicemail I’m assuming they are not free government phone but pretending and using their location for something else

Wow these people are rude. I called and they pretended not to hear me. Why pick up the phone if your going to pretend. Went to the location and they straight up ignored me. These people dont respect anyone. Im going to call the county and report these people. If they are supported by the county they will hear from them no doubt.

Went to get a government phone as listed on website and previous reviews only to be told to go to the welfare office by the guy behind the counter. Umm yeah ok thanks for the help...
