Went in today to buy my toddler some boots and my husband a shirt. Had GREAT customer service from Tony. Was very helpful and attending. He had alot of options of everything you can ask for. Will def be back again for more shopping!

We are so incredibly happy with our visit and purchase. After receiving horrible customer service at Boot Barn we stopped in looking for a cowboy hat in the $200-300 range. The customer service was amazing here.. My son found a hat that fit well but needed a little reshaping. They took the hat and worked on it until my son was satisfied. I would highly recommend it and I look forward to future visits!

I have to say this place is pretty nice. Had said that i had a bad experience with the way they took care of me. I had placed a hat to get cleaned and ironed out and they did it wrong the guy said it was fine but it wasnt. He said he would fix it. I been going back and foward for about two months the guy has a excuse after another why it isnt done and to come back. Finally told the guy to just give me my hat back and he said they cant find it. He wanted to replace my hat with another and wanted some more money. I paid about $160 for my hat and he gave me a $20 hat and wanted $40 more just cus its new. I just wanted my hat back. I took the hat but wasnt going to pay anymore money. Again not a bad place to buy things on the spot but dont trust with anything over night or over a few days guy is busy and may misplace things.

Great customer service. Help you out even if you go in only to windowshop. Can send money to Mexico from this location.
