Convenient store, sometimes its really overcrowded and not enough staff. Also love the fact that they have a subway inside.

We used to live in the neighborhood. It’s been a long time but it’s still a very nice store. Set up a little different than most of there stores. Well stocked and clean. Since the pandemic this store has a lot of stock.

Went to get a pick up order. The sign for this is in the wrong area. It shows to the left of the building so when you enter you see the hugh pick up sign. BUT if you park you see nothing to indicate your in the right area. You actually need to continue on the street and enter the pick up area about 300 feet down the building. There is a small blue sign on the street with an arrow that you dontsee going in the main entrance. . I dont shop at this store, it might be beneficial to info your customers better on the online map or remove the signage at the front of the store. The rest of my transaction was smooth and quick.

If you’re going to have THAT many glass cases, at least have someone near by that actually has a key!!! Too many employees couldn’t help me or the 3 other people that were waiting around. Super annoying.

I personally like this Walmart more than the one on Highland because the location is somewhat better. However I was not able to find 4 items that I was looking for and when I asked an employee she said that what is on the floor is all they have. Also, I found an adorable Hallmark plush for Mothers Day on special with a coupon that was in the same isle that took some time to get checked out because the cashier did not know how to do it but she was nice!

Every month around the 1st, they throw up their grubby torn paper that says money order machine is down so they dont have to deal with a line of people who would like a money order. Just shut your money center down for good and let people go to Highlands much better location.

Great Store we shop Walmart even online whichever is easier and best for the items we are looking for to purchase.

Workers there are terrible, slow, and untrained. There are a lot of workers walking around but when you need help they say its not there department or they dont know. They hire anybody at all Walmarts the reason you know is because they are all un-experienced. 😡😠👎👎 THATS A FACT!

Its nice to see big inside. Everything looks organized and clean; they could use more variety in what they sell. I think they have the real estate to add shelves. Some employees are helpful if i have questions, some dont want to be bothered. Overall i would shop here again.

I went to Walmart today and was needing someone to open a case. I went early morning and everyone was stocking shelves. There were 6 different people i asked for keys and everyone said press the button. I did several times and no one came. The last associate I spoke with went to physically get someone for me. Her name is Carmen in health and beauty. Thank you Carmen for exemplary customer service!!

1; The staff and security are pretty decent and friendly, but they do like the chit chat infront of customers even when a customer is trying to ask a question they will ignore till their conversation is over,2; If you order to do a pickup on the app some of the items they say they dont have in stock they actually do if you walk inside,3; A lot of the time some of the self checkout machines are down,4; if you do a propane exchange or buy a propane tank it will take a while before an employee actually goes out and unlocks the tank make sure the ones they give you is complete full and not a half full one which Ive got before and you may have to go inside the store two to three times in over 30 to 1 hour before someone actually comes out

Everyone knows Walmart has great prices on everything.

Its okay, some staff arent that friendly has no customer service. No one wants to listen to your gossip while youre standing next to them. If you see a customer you would think they will ask if you need help but nope thats not how it works here Gossip and their music is more important. I came a cross a guy trying to get help and well I was talking to my self for a min didnt realized he had his ear piece on.

Always find what I need at this particular location!Lady that helped me put my pro-glide razors in that over 10-dollar box was cool AF...And the young lady from money services that helped out at that moment when there was only one register... made my purchase experience of a brand 18 machete and an coalman air mattress excellent!

Their Customer Service is awful! I made an online order it suppose to say you have to park on a certain #spot! It turns out its not available anymore, you have to go inside the store, but before I found out about it, i when inside to ask the lady that was at the door said and I quote I dont know, and I dont know half of what people in this store do for a job sorry.. I was like.. what?.. and then a person a customer told me where to go... A CUSTOMER... Not even an employee!!... Once I got there.... Nobody was there we had to wait for like 15 minutes... I BUZZED AND Buzzed... Finally she got there and had no idea what I was there for and after a couple of minutes my product was given to me... It was an awful bad experience

Had everything I needed and then some. The store was very clean and the employees were courteous and friendly. Plus, the charging station was available.

The employees AND managers are rude, and unprofessional. They are VERY unknowledgeable, untrained and have bad attitudes and smart mouths. They also take your money by charging you whatever price they want REGARDLESS of what the product sign says, and REFUSE to fix it.

For someone who has been to Walmart stores in over 40 states, this store is by far the worst! Speaking with associates, its definitely a management problem. Incentives to stay home via unemployment just make it even worse

What can you say, its Wal-Mart. Great prices on groceries, the generic store brand they have is pretty good, now I look for it on everything to try it out.

Used to love this place when my kids were little....then I hated it....recently tried it again after a few years and it was good! Maybe it was location? 🤷‍♀️I got the Natural Bacon Avacado Burger and it was great! Juicy and crunchy with the lettuce and onions. Good flavor and bun didnt get mushy before I could get home to eat it.Yes, its pricey for fast food but I dont mind paying for convenience with my schedule, especially if it tastes good. I will go again when I dont have time to cook at home. I will experience more menu items, too.

I went there to buy a propane powered barbecue, first of all none of the associates could Tell me where was the item in the store, I have asked 3 Associates; neighterOne had the Wright Direction !!! And they didnt know the item :(``` so I went on the quest on my own ....... finally I found them & guess where the small bunch of look like used units was right behind one of the one of the associates area were he hung out. After this I got really discussed at them; they make me runaround in that huge place my knee was almost kaput,( Im handicapped) can anyone Imagine that these people actually employees, when I had my business sometime ago if anyone did this @ my business to any of my clients they wouldntBe working for me too long :( . Sorry WalmartBut I like to write good reviews ( 98% of the time ) but this one i couldnt help it not to write it, maybe will help to make a positiveStep in the near future. Waiting to check out and the line to do so it’s ridiculously long. What I thought was going to be a super quick stop has been about an hour wait to check out. You will think more cashiers would be opening but instead the employees just passing by through the lines. Instead of saying something to the manager in charge about the long lines. Even the checkout lane it’s all the way to the back where the children’s clothes is located.

Every Walmart I walk into steals a part of my soul and puts it on the clearance rack. This one tried to do it twice. No deal Sam Walton, I am keeping this one.

It was a horrible experience!! I was waiting for someone to open one of the lockers because I needed some locks 🔐 and nobody showed up I was waiting for 15 minutes and then the security guard told me the store it was closed and nobody had the key to open the locker!!! Are you serious!!!

Watch out at this Walmart location.They like to play games with the prices and if your not careful and vigilant you will find yourself paying more for an item you thought was a certain price. As you can see from the picture I thought everything on the shelf was $9.98 it turns out they have items for over $20. If I hadnt notice at the checkout they would have gotten me. So please be vigilant and always check the prices. They didnt just do this one mistake we walked around the store and found various of these alleged mistakes(were they under price an item at the shelf only to have it ring up higher at the register.) One could get the impression that they are practicing bait and switch.

We feel at home here, we come here at least 3x/week. We know the staff, some on a first name basis now, but if you dont go through self checkout, you risk an incredibly long wait! They really need to staff more checkers. Otherwise, store is clean and staff are friendly.

I would say everything is well done. They gave good costumer care to my mother since she speaks Spanish! The only thing would be at half of the time there, it was very warm. This made me sweat a lot being there. Hopefully next time it isnt as hot before!

I had to pick up a product I bought online. The lady was very helpful and considerate even waiting so I can check my email. Herein I gave it one less star because they said my other product was here too. It wasnt so; Im still waiting. I was thinking of lessening it to three stars because they didnt have hey Arnold shirt and mask in large I really wanted it. They have fun styles its fun just to look.

Shopping at walmart saves me alot of money 😊It really bothered me that over eight associates walked right passed me while I was waiting at the pick up area. Im here wondering is anyone going to really assist me anytime soon. I did push the assistance button three times.Yet, I see a guy helping a lady who actually came after me. He passed by me like he didnt see me. I arrived at the pick up desk at 9:00am. It was already 9:25am when I had to approach the pick desk area because this young lady adviced me to go to the employees pick area to ask for assistance to pick up my needs. I approach the pick desk I see two employees on their phones. It really frustrates me knowing that my time is very limited due to my heavy work schedule. My order was not fully prepared on time. Your employees need to be more aware of the customers needs and stay on their work task. Be more organized when it comes to your pick up area. I did not expect to wait over thirty minutes at the pick up area, I would of rather spend that extra time shopping in the store.

They didnt have much produce, I had to leave and go to a super market to do my grocery shopping.. On the other hand I lost my phone in the school supply section went back to find it and couldnt, but someone turned it into the pharmacy and a person answered and said they had it...Thank you to that person..

I parked close to the garden department since I was going to pick up a few items from there along with other items. Went to front of store for a cart only to discover no carts. Asked an employee about the carts only to be told there are none. Since there were no carts I was limited to how much I could carry. I went back to the garden to pick up items from that department. Since there was no one there to check me out, I was only able to pick up weed killer and carry it to the front of the store with my other two items. Wanted to buy more items!!

WalMart is cool I like their prices and availability of product. I find that most things that Im shopping for is cheaper than at other stores. Youll run across things that are slightly higher in price but hey who sells everything at a lower price.

Its a WalMart, same as any other. Thier Pickup is a bit confusing, with a large sign indicating the pick up area, but the actual area being on the opposite side of the building! Otherwise its a decent store. Clean, majority friendly staff and good AC.

I love Walmart, they have some of everything. I also use them for food delivery to my house. Its like a one stop shop and the prices are reasonable.

I wish they would work on getting the locked stuff opened faster because I waited a while

Im shocked! I thought walmarts were safe havens were if ur tired and need to pull off to rest before continuing driving on the highway...I was told to leave, and that the store manager told the store parking lot secriuty to come to my vehicle and said that location is NOT considered a safe haven... I was very surprised and disappointed, also most there products are behind a glass case and it took forever to get assistance with the items I purchased...I will say this though, the parking lot attendant was nice about asking me to leave, and I knew it wasnt her idea., that the store manager made the decision for people to not park there.. The parking lot secriuty lady told me a near by area that I could park so I wouldnt be sleepy while srivin.. I thought that was way cool of the secriuty lady. Just youre average walmart . Low prices, pretty great clearance racks, HOWEVER if you find yourself needing an item that is locked up behind the glass doors and you have to push the red button to get employee assistance GOODLUCK you will be standing there for a very long time you will even see walmart employees nearby but when you ask for someone to unlock it for your item almost every time they will respond by saying, I dont have the keys for that someone will be there soon. And then continue to walk quickly right past you. ALSO DONT expect to be able to ask amy item specific questions when they finally FO come to unlock the glass windows because they usually have NO IDEA or answer to ur questions. Do in short if your going to just go in shop for things that arent locked up and then go to self check out you should be just fine .

Went in for a cheap head unit speakers and off road lights. Victor the employee who helped was very helpful I didnt even ask he asked me if I needed help and Opened the Glass case to get me what I needed. Than let me pay in sporting good no line. Have to say best experience in a Walmart to date in and out under 15 minutes. Wish there was more victors in all the Walmarts

Decent store that is never jammed pack with people at once. Has plenty of items and foods. This Walmart is clean and have really little issues to complaint about. Minus the one in a blue moon thrifted that use to want to bust out running to steal monsters and beer. That issue was addessed even they placed barn metal doors that only go one way. So overall its a okay store.The only thing we dont care for is the amount of many workers standing around doing nothing but talking in groups when we are our own self check out workers.If Walmart wants people to stand in long lines for over 15 mins then tell them no you have another line for beer. While this line is to buy food & household items. Please open up a 2nd register for the people buying beer.Dont expect us to go get out funds at your store, shop for things, yet check out ourselves our own items, after standing in a long line for those items.Again best to place more self check out registrars, and this goes for every Walmart.Things cant have a positive outcome if you make people wait in for over 15mins when buying icecream. So tip for Walmart Corp change this and get more financial gain by listening to the consumers.
