Called to check on my glasses since its been 3 weeks with no call and no one answered. Every time I call im put on hold and no one ever picks up. Easier to just go to walmart than calling or waiting for them to call you.

If your trying to get an appointment for an eye exam, expect to make a lot of calls. They rarely pick up and it’s extremely hard to get in contact with someone to make an appointment let alone to check up and see if your glasses are in. The vision center and the doctor office are two separate entities. The vision center is quick, my sunglasses took three days. However, I’ve tried calling the doctors office multiple times during the last week to just check on my glasses, a machine picked up every time.

Competitive rates and a decent selection of eye wear. The staff was friendly and not overly hard on making you feel pressured in pushing a sale. Good experience and fair prices on non prescription accessories.

I came here from a bad experience at America’s best in Rialto . Mohamond was very kind and helpful with getting my new contacts and he was pretty fast too .

Twice I came to this Walmart to see an optometrist and buy glasses. The first time, there was no optometrist. I left. Today, I called first. I was told the optometrist would be in from 3:30 to 7:30. I told the receptionist I live in the mountains, she told me to come down and they would fit me in. I arrived at 4:15 pm. The optometrist office had 21 people waiting! Walmart San Bernardino at University shares an optometrist with Walmart in Redlands. I won’t go back there again. Bad service.
