This was my first time back in a music store in years. Though inventory was a little low, they still had a decent selection, and competitive prices. Salesman Adam was very helpful and not pushy. Though online shopping is strong, having a location to see and touch something is so important in the musical instrument market. Im glad they still exist. Id gladly return again in the future.
I love the selection of equipment at all Guitar Centers. However, this one in particular I find that the staff are somewhat condescending and definitely profile customers as they enter. Anyone that doesnt give the appearance they have tons of money gets treated like they dont matter. I have plenty of money, sometimes I choose not to look like it. All customers should be treated equally. You cant judge a book by the cover.
Place is great, the employees really seem to get along with each other and that makes the vibes feel very positive. They have deals all the time and they have specialists in each individual section. I got a really good deal on some speakers and couldnt be happier
Miss being able to just walk into Guitar Center, pick up a guitar, and just mess around with it! Thanks a lot COVID! 😵 But this Guitar Center is still standing and open. GC has tons of guitars, drums and other instruments, plus strings, books, other accessories, etc.. Customer service is hit or miss... depends on the employee!

Do not go to this store for a guitar repair. This store has the unfortunate problem of employing the worst guitar tech in GC history. I asked him to change my tuners and a do a re wiring job. This shouldnt be a problem for a qualified guitar tech but what I found was that he - Abelino AB Gonzalez - had only installed the tuners finger tight. While he not only botched the re wiring job, where he soldered the tone pot so badly that it crackles and cuts out the entire signal, he even put on the wrong strings. He put on standard ernie balls, going very light on the bottom three - E, A and D - strings, when I told him to put on the Elixirs that I gave him. Those strings are missing from my gig bag. Well done Guitar Center for employing the Jiffy Lube of the guitar repair tech world.
Guitar Center is a necessary evil. If your lucky enough to actually find someone who knows anything about music its an Old Testament level miracle. Sometimes you need something now though, and thats about the only thing Guitar Center is good for.
Went and checked out a group guitar lesson. Sebastian was our instructor. He was pretty cool.Relaxed atmosphere.
Well has a Guitar player, going into guitar center is like being a kid again in a candy store . I try all the new stuff and the stuff I thought sounded cool .And this is just 1 of the cool things Guitar Center does they will let you play on whatever for how ever long you want and the staff ( depending on the day, hour and customer amount) will gladly help you and inform you with whatever you require comfortably. So enjoy.
Very helpful and nice about me not knowing the name of what I wanted. He still managed to send me home with exactly what I needed. Wish Id gotten his name.
I called to see if they had the product I was looking for. The rep. Checked his computer and told me the had exactly what I need and even gave me the price. I went to the store and the majority of employees were jamming on guitars. No big, except they were hesitant to help me. One guy did and was quick to tell me he couldnt find the product. I told him I called and was told it was in stock. Someone looked and they brought something similar, but not what I needed. A wasted trip. This is the 2nd time Guitar Center has disappointed. They came out to my job to give a quote on sound system before Easter. I called 3 weeks later to get the quote & was told it would be ready in a few days. Were in June now and I have still not heard from them.
Got what I need med in a timely manner.

Friendly staff and great service, even with covid precautions!I few months ago I bought an amp on guitar centers website, and had it delivered to this store. Unfortunately, the amp was insanely damaged in shipping. The Rep who helped me with that delivery immediately noted the damage and gave me the option for full refund, exchange or store credit. I decided to come back a few days later for an exchange, but as luck would have it that was the day covid-19 turned everything upside down. As the quarantine wore on, I realized that my return window for the amp would close before I could get back in the store. I called guitar centers customer service, and a rep was more than happy to extend my return window until the store opened back up. Fast forward to last week, and I walk in and exchange the damaged amp for store credit towards a brand new one. A happy ending for a crazy story, and one customer whom you can bet will be returning for business.
Never answer the phone no matter what time of day. When They finally answered after calling all day they tell me they would check to see if they have the item in stock and call back but never called back. Called numerous time again for an update, never answered. I was looking to buy 2 QSC Ks118s on the spot. Ill take my business to sam ash. I think its time to get rid of the managers there.
An electric guitar shop that is trying to have something for everyone but misses the mark.The testosterone atmosphere is a turn-off to female musicians. I found the sales clerks to be disingenuous, dismissive, & condescending.
Ive been to guitar centers before and they were all very nice and helpful as far as questions I had. This one was not much different except for one factor, an employee who worked there. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what would work best for me with my current skills. He recommended exactly what I was looking for and was also very persuasive. He told me exactly what I needed to hear and found the best price possible for all my interests. I never got his name, but he was average height, black hair and wore glasses. As far as Im concerned, he should get a raise.
This guitar center is better than the Fontana/Ontario location in terms of bass instrument selection, imo. Far more basses, (whereas, electric/acoustic guitars about same; all prices) more used instruments, too. Other than that they seemed pretty similar.

I talked to the shift leader. She was very nice to my daughter and I. She made my experience wonderful. She sold me a box of number 2 alto reeds a Yamaha mouthpiece and a new ligature.

First time I came here we were not greeted or asked for help, i decided to give this place a second chance and it was the same experience. They need to work on their customer service skills and appreciate every customer that walks through their door.
The people here are very friendly and happy, I dont know it thats how they feel on their own or if its a reflection of the company, but Im glad they are always ready to make us feel comfortable and ready to play!Gotta say they seem to enjoy their jobs.Also ask the clerks about guitar string lube, its a lifesaver!

You know going online you cannot take back the unit within 45 days like you can a guitar center... I just bought a wireless system for my base and I know for a fact if it dont work good I could take it back... The guy there was really helpful... I got the warranty and Im happy as I can be thanks again guitar center.... Please dont shut down we need you guys

Friendly and knowledgeable! Because I asked simple questions and received good answers I bought a Line 6 Helix floor pedal that I was eyeing for sometime. The employees and I admire the the same bands and musicians so it was even more helpful to get tones i was looking for through the Helix. Then i came back two months later and bought a JP100 Majesty guitar in a Artic Dream finish. During the purchasing process was informed of how to setup the guitar and other cool things to make it stand out. Those little pieces of information is what building a trust relationship is about.

I called Guitar center and was looking for a mic 🎤 that I desperately needed to open my business. I had two that were on back order so I needed to see if any were in stock. I was first told the mic I was looking for was not in stock according to the computer on hands. I asked if there was a similar mic that would fit my unit, I was transferred to Sarai. Not only did she find me the mic I was originally looking for, she took my name and set it aside for me. I came and asked for her and she got the mic and helped me check out quickly. She was AWESOME!!

Love the store I just wish they didnt push expensive product on you. I feel like they just wanted to sell me something rather than show me something. I got a nice guitar anyway just because I believe in the buy nice or buy twice rule. But I just wish they showed me a little easier guitar to play. I love my guitar, its great dont get me wrong but it definitely wasnt for a beginners like me. But this store has great variety and nice staff compared to other guitar center so overall I give it 4 stars.

Covid 19 ruined this store. Upon my last few times visiting, there seems to be this unorganized/short staff issue thing going on, where all 3 times I have came, there were no employees in the drums department, actually super earie and creepy kind of (tumbleweed passes). Unable to find an employee for an answer to my question pertaining to drums, turns out there are no department specialist I guess? Pro audio stepped in to offer me some pretty, choppy, uncertain-ish answers instead of the honest opinions i was looking for prior to making a big investment. In the end, everything turned out okay (sort of....) but not feeling the whole vibe of this place anymore. Employees are great, yeah, but management of store? Wierd direction. But what do I know...
Associates are friendly and try to cover what you need as best they can. Would recommend doing your homework before going in the store. No sense in waiting around if they dont have it (or know what it is).

Great service. My product got back ordered and the management was able to find one in store so I could get my guitar the same day.
Placed an order for curbside pick up. Store called me once, didn’t leave a voicemail or email. Called them over 10 times throughout the day and did not respond, even the customer service rep from the national line couldn’t get ahold of them. I can understand there are delays but this level of incompetence is inexcusable. Customer service representatives where kind but not much help. They can only do some much when a store is not responding to any calls or emails.
