Not experienced with hydro went to get a few things for a system Im trying out. The staff were real helpful and not just in trying to make a sell. I appreciate that. Not trying to dig into my wallet is the best way to get me to come back. Why? cuz I appreciate honesty. (Nobody gets a five star w/o going above and beyond in a measurable way)

Me and my husband always look for josh when we go in hes always nice and patient with helping us making sure all our questions are answered and we leave with what we need hes never lead us the wrong way thank you josh

The best hydroponic store I have found. They have more variety, more quantity and plenty of experience to cover all a person or companies needs. Definitely worth going by to see for yourself.

These guys are awesome! Friendly and don’t judge a book by its cover. I go here instead of Cheapest Hydro in Riverside or The Growers Depot just up the freeway. They have way more options for every grower. I suggest here over Cheapest and the Growers Depot for sure. Way better service than you will get anywhere else in the Inland Empire.

Nice place to look around but the people that were working today blatantly ignored us after they asked if we needed help and when we finally got help the person had no clue what so ever about the product they were selling. I New more about it then he did!!!

I don’t often leave reviews but this is the only shop I will go to. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Other shops I just don’t get the same vibe. I’ve been shopping at Greenmile for the past few years and they never disappoint. They have pretty much everything at all times and if they don’t, they will place an order for you. A bit pricey on some items but I think they make up for that with the customer service and wide array of inventory. I come here somewhat often and thought they deserved a well done and highly rated review. Thanks Greenmile I appreciate it!

Stopped by this place while killing time waiting for a vehicle repair and Im sure glad I did! this huge place, full of every indoor gardening thingy you can think of, is also well stocked with an extremely helpful, pleasant crew who allowed me just the right amount of time wandering around in awe before approaching me to ask if i had any questions. Salesmanship at its best because I not only walked out of there with an armload of great products but they made a sale that probably would not have happened if it wasnt for the nice experience.

Im a little bummed, I like this place as a store but customer service leaves something to be desired. On my last visit, as am waiting to pay, one older employee is helping a customer at the counter while the other is on their cellphone. Another customer walks in and they greet him warmly and proceed to chop it up and help the new arrival. Not super rude, but not entirely welcoming either :/

Greenmile is an awesome shop in Riverside. They have a huge selection of garden supplies including extraction equipment. Not too many garden stores have the variety Greenmile has. Very knowledgable staff. I highly recommend to anyone if the area.

I went in to this place for the 1st time I thought everybody was cool help me out kind of took a liking to the place then I went back to 2nd time and I bought AC unit directly from the owner himself not realize it after I got it up to my place and got it installed at the man sold me to different pieces that didnt even work so then I take it back to exchange it I thought the condenser was badd he swaps it out I take it back still dont work come to find out he sells me a 3 t wall unit with a 2 t condenser and then when I go back to try to have them make it right then and they really didint want to do nothing about it I will never in my life step foot back in this store and I recommend nobody else either..and costed me 650 labor...

Good store, i buy roots organics soil here, i buy mykos from extreme gardening, azomite, plenty of down to earth products, staff is helpful, good prices, located conviently close to me, good parking.
